Šā maģistra darba tēma ir „Pierādījumu standarts pievienotās vērtības nodokļa izkrāpšanas lietās. Salīdzinājums ar administratīvajām tiesībām”. Darba saturs ir veidots kā starpdisciplinārs, proti šajā darbā tiek salīdzinātas divas tiesību nozares – administratīvās tiesības un krimināltiesības pievienotās vērtības nodokļa izkrāpšanas lietās. Darbs sastāv no trim nodaļām. The Master's research paper is “Standard of Proof Related to Value Added Tax Fraud Cases. Comparison with Administrative Law”. The content of the paper is drawn up as an interdisciplinary one, namely, two branches of the law are compared in the paper - administrative law and criminal law related to the value added tax fraud cases. The paper consists of three chapters. The first chapter is devoted to a general concept of proof, research of the subject of proof and the standard of proof in both branches of law. The second chapter of the paper deals with research of the subject of proof and the standard of proof in terms of criminal law with elements of a crime in connection with the fraud of value added tax or evasion of the payment of it to the state budget. The third chapter will be devoted to research of the subject of proof and the standard of proof in the administrative process, when the tax administration prevents the repayment of value added tax on the ground that the transactions between businessmen have not been made in reality, but only the documents were drawn up.
