Bakalaura darbs studiju programmā “Tiesību zinātnes” izstrādāts par tēmu “Kriminālistiskā fotogrāfija”. Darbs sastāv no ievada, trīs nodaļām, no kurām otrajai un trešajai ir divas apakšnodaļas, kopsavilkuma un diviem pielikumiem. Kriminālistiskā fotogrāfija ir kriminālistikas institūts, kas sastāv no vairākām metodēm un veidiem, attiecībā uz kuriem jāievēro dažādas nianses, lai uzņemtu nozarei atbilstošus foto uzņēmumus. Kriminālistiskā fotogrāfija ir izmantojama kā pierādījums kriminālprocesā, ja tā atbilst trīs pierādījumu pazīmēm, kas nosauktas Kriminālprocesa likumā – pierādījumu ticamība, pierādījumu attiecināmība un pierādījumu pieļaujamība, bet no Kriminālprocesa likumā minētajiem pierādīšanas līdzekļiem fotogrāfijas veidā var būt dokuments vai izmeklēšanas darbībās iegūtās ziņas, kā arī citos gadījumos fotogrāfija izmantojama kā pielikums. Kriminālistiskās fotogrāfijas realizāciju var ietekmēt personu rīcība, tehniskās problēmas vai dažādi ārējie apstākļi. Darbā izpētes rezultātā secināts, ka kriminālistiskās fotogrāfijas pielietošana kļuvusi veiksmīgāka un attīstītāka, tādējādi uzlabojot kriminālprocesu. The bachelor’s work at the study program “Law sciences” has been worked out on the theme “Criminalistic photography”. It consists of the introduction, three chapters, the second and the third chapter consists of two subchapters, the summary and two annexes. Criminalistic photography is institute of criminalistics, which consists of many methods and kinds, for which there are many nuances to take an appropriate photo. Criminalistic photography can be used as evidence in criminal procedure, if it conforms three signs of evidence, named in Criminal Procedure Law – reliability of evidence, relevance of evidence and admissibility of evidence, but means of proof named in Criminal Procedure Law as photography can be document or information acquired by investigative actions, but in other situations photography can be used as annex. Criminalistic photography taking can be affected by behavior of person, technical problems or other condition. Inference after the research is that the use of criminalistic photography has become more successful and more developed, so criminal procedure has become more improved.
