Bāreņtiesas darbības bērna ārpusģimenes aprūpes nodrošināšanā

Abstract

Bakalaura darba “Bāriņtiesas darbības bērna ārpusģimenes nodrošināšanā” mērķis ir izpētīt Bāriņtiesu kompetenci un tās darbības saistībā ar lēmumu pieņemšanu, kas balstās uz bērna ārpusģimenes nodrošināšanu. Aplūkot un izpētīt vai bāriņtiesu iestādes pilda tām paredzētos pienākumus atbilstoši normatīvajos aktos paredzētajam un pieņem lēmumus vadoties pēc bērnu interesēm un tiesībām, nodrošinot bērnam piemērotāko aprūpes veidu atbilstoši konkrētajai situācijai. Ņemot vērā, ka bērns ir neaizsargāta būtne, valstij ir jānodrošina bērnam visas nepieciešamās pamatvajadzības, galvenokārt , nodrošinot tam vidi, kurā augt, attīstīties un tikt aprūpētam. Tādēļ darba autore turpmākajā darbā analizējot bāriņtiesu darbību, ārpusģimenes aprūpes veidus un to piemērošanu bērniem, kas nonākuši bez vecāku gādības, nonāks pie secinājumiem par bāriņtiesu lēmumu atbilstību un kvalitāti nodrošinot bērnam ārpusģimenes aprūpi, un sniegs ieteikumus, lai uzlabotu bāriņtiesu darbību.

Bachelor work “Orphans court activity ensuring out-of-family care of child” the aim is to explore the Orphan's Court competence and its performance in relation to decision-making which is based on the child's future out-of-family care provision. Explore if Orphan's Court carry out their obligations in accordance with the laws and regulations intended and makes decisions according to the children's interests and rights, providing the child with appropriate type of care following the relevant situation. Considering that the child is a unprotected, the state must provide the child all the required basic needs, mainly by ensuring that the environment in which to grow, develop and be cared for. Therefore, the author further work analyzing Orphan's Court action out-of-family care types and their application to children who have come without parental care, will come to conclusions about Orphan's Court decisions are consistent with the quality and providing childcare outside family, will make recommendations to improve the functioning the Orphan's Court.
