Māsu darba organizācija operāciju blokā

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma- "Māsu darba organizācija operāciju blokā". Operāciju māsa strādā dažāda profila operācijās un, lai būtu pilnvērtīgs un kvalitatīvs darba process ir nepieciešams pareizi darbu organizēt. Tika izvirzīts pētījuma mērķis- noskaidrot māsu darba organizāciju operāciju blokā. Autore noformulēja pētījuma hipotēzi- māsu darba organizācija operāciju blokā ir ar paaugstinātu intensitātes pakāpi. Bakalaura darba autore izvēlējās kvantitatīvo pētniecības metodi- dokumentu analīzes protokols. Tika analizēts operāciju zāles žurnāls, kurā tiek reģistrēts operācijas datums, operācijas nosaukums, zāle, kurā tiek veikta operācija operācijas ilgums. Papildus tika reģistrēts, kādā zālē notiek operācija, kopējais operāciju bloka noslogojums stundās 24 stundu griezumā, personāla skaits operāciju zālē, tika reģistrēts operāciju māsas pavadītais laiks instrumentējot, apstrādājot instrumentus. Pētījumā tika analizēti 90 protokoli, kuros redzams operāciju bloka noslogojums triju mēnešu garumā, tajā laikā strādāja viss operāciju bloka personāls, personālam nebija atvaļinājumu periods. Pētījuma rezultāti liecina, ka māsa instrumentu apstrādē velta daudz vairāk laika, nekā tiešajā darbā pie operāciju instrumentēšanas. The theme of the bachelor – „Nurses’ work organization in operation block.” The operation nurse works in different profile operations and to have of full value and qualitative process, they must organize the work correctly. The research aim was brought forward - to find out nurses' work organization in operation block. The author defined the hypothesis of the research - nurses' organization of work in operation block is with increased intensity level. The author of bachelor work chose a quantitative research method - document analysis report. The operation room’s journal was analysed in which there were registered the date of the operation, the title of the operation, room and the length of the operation. In addition, it was established in which operation room it happened, the total amount of work in operation block within 24 hours. It was also established the number of medical staff in operation room. There was also established the time of operation nurses spent as assistants and processed medical tools. During the research there were analysed 90 records, which shows the load of operatio block within three months, at that time all operation staff was working without a vaccation period. The results of the research testify that the nurse devotes much more time for processing medical tools as they do it at direct operation assistation.
