Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma „Depresijas pacientu integrēšana sabiedrībā” Tēmas aktualitāti nosaka pieaugošs pacientu skaits ar depresiju pēdējā desmitgadē. Medicīnas māsām pacientu ar depresiju aprūpē ir jāizglīto pacients par viņa diagnozi, jāveicina pacienta līdzestība nozīmētai terapijai un jākoordinē turpmākā pacienta sociālā integrēšana, tādēļ ir būtiski, lai māsām ir pieejami informācijas resursi un tiek iegūtas zināšanas par depresijas pacientu aprūpes specifiku. Pētniecības uzdevums ir noskaidrot pacientu ar depresiju integrēšanas iespējas Latvijā. Pētniecības hipotēze. Būtiskākais depresijas pacientu integrēšanai sabiedrībā ir veicināt pacienta līdzestību nozīmētajai terapijai un nodrošināt informētību par sociālo pakalpojumu pieejamību, ir apstiprinājusies. Bakalaura darbā autore ir teorētiski analizējusi zinātnisko literatūru par depresijas sastopamību, klīniskām izpausmēm, aprūpes iespējām un pieeju aprūpē pacientiem ar depresiju, raksturojusi depresijas pacientu integrācijas sabiedrībā specifiku un aprakstījusi māszinību teoriju saistībā ar aprūpi pacientiem ar depresiju. Bakalaura darbā ir izpētīti māsu viedokļus par pacientu ar depresiju integrācijas iespējām un to kavējošiem faktoriem. Darba noslēgumā autore ir izstrādājusi secinājumus un priekšlikumus Pētniecības instruments – anketa. Pētījuma metode ir kvantitatīva. Atslēgas vārdi. The theme of the Bachelor’s Paper is “Integration of patients with depression into society” The topicality of the theme is based on the growing number of patients with depression over the past decade. In the care of patients with depression, the nurses have to education patients about their diagnosis, enhance patient adherence to the prescribed treatment and coordinate further social integration of the patient. Therefore, it is crucial for the nurses to have access to information resources and obtain knowledge about the specificities of nursing care of patients with depression. The task of the research is to explore the possibilities to integrate patients with depression in Latvia. Research hypothesis - the key condition for the integration of patients with depression into society is to enhance patient adherence to the prescribed treatment and to ensure awareness of the access to social services - has been confirmed. In the Bachelor’s Paper, the author has conducted a theory analysis of scientific literature about the occurrence of depression, clinical manifestations, care possibilities and approach to the care of patients with depression. The author has also characterised the specificities of the integration of patients with depression into society and described the nursing theory regarding the care of patients with depression. The Bachelor’s Paper studies the opinion of nurses regarding the integration possibilities of patients with depressions and the hampering factors. The author has drawn conclusions and suggestions at the end of the Paper. Research instrument – a questionnaire. This Paper is a quantitative research. Key words.
