Bakalaura darba tēma – Saskarsmes īpatnības vājdzirdīgo pacientu aprūpē operāciju zālē. Problēma ir aktuāla, jo dzirde ir viens no dzīves kvalitātes rādītājiem. Ar katru gadu apkārtējā vide kļūst industralizētāka. Tas nozīmē dzirdes traucējumu izplatības pieaugumu sabiedrībā. Visbiežāk dzirdes traucējumi ietekmē saskarsmes spējas ar apkārtējiem. Saskarsmes spējas ir viena no cilvēku pamatvajadzībām. Arī operāciju zālē ir ļoti svarīga saskarsme un komunikācija ar pacientu, arī pat tad, ja pacientam ir dzirdes traucējumi. Darba mērķis ir noskaidrot saskarsmes īpatnības vājdzirdīgo pacientu aprūpē operāciju zālē. Pētniecības uzdevumi ir: Veikt literatūras analīzi par dzirdes traucējumiem, saskarsmes īpatnībām un komunikācijas iespējām operāciju zālē ar pacientiem, kuriem ir dzirdes traucējumi; Analizēt Kalistas Rojas māszinību teoriju saistībā ar bakalaura darba tēmu; Izveidot pētījuma instrumentu, balstoties uz literatūru, atlasīt respondentu grupu, veikt pilotpētījumu un pētījumu; Veikt iegūto datu apkopošanu un analīzi; Apkopot pētījuma rezultātus secinājumos. Izvirzīts pētniecības jautājums: Kādas ir saskarsmes īpatnības vājdzirdīgo pacientu aprūpē operāciju zālē? Darbā izmantota kvalitatīvā pētniecības metode – strukturēta intervija. Intervijas laikā tika noskaidrotas saskarsmes īpatnības vājdzirdīgo pacientu aprūpē operāciju zālē. Aptaujas dati liecina, ka komunicējot ar vājdzirdīgu pacientu, ir jārunā pēc iespējas vienkāršākā un skaidri saprotamā valodā, runāt lēnām un ar izteiksmīgākām lūpu kustībām, pēc pateiktā vienmēr ir jāpārjautā vai nedzirdīgais ir sapratis viņam teikto, svarīgi ir, lai apkārt pēc iespējas būtu mazāk trokšņu, runājot ir ieteicams iespēju līmenī, izmantot sava ķermeņa valodu. Bachelor’s thesis topic – Communication peculiarities in the operation room with patients who don’t hear well. This problem is up to date, because hearing is one of the life quality measures. Every year our surrounding environment becomes more industrialized. That means growing hearing problems in the society. Most commonly hearing problems affect communication possibilities with other people. The ability to communicate is one of the basic human needs. In the operation room communication with the patient is very important, even if the patient has hearing problems. Aim of the thesis is to find out communication peculiarities of patients who don’t hear well in the operation room. Research objectives are: Perform literature analysis about hearing problems, communication peculiarities and communication possibilities with patients in the operating room, who have hearing problems; Analyse Callista Roy’s nursing theory concerning the bachelor’s thesis topics; Create a study tool, based on literature, select a group of respondents, carry out pilot-research and and research; Do analysis and and collection of the collected data; To summarize the results of the study in the conclusions. Nominated research question: What are the communication peculiarities when dealing with patients who don’t hear well in the operating room? A qualitative research method was used – structured interview. During the interview, the communication peculiarities with patients who don’t hear well in the operating room were clarified. Research data shows, that when communicating with a patient like this, you have to speak in a simplified and easily audible language, slowly and with well expressed lip movement, after everything is said the patient needs to be asked if he understood everything, important that there is little background noise and it is advised to use body language when speaking.
