The title of the bachelor thesis is “Working students quality of sleep and it’s influence on their lifes”. The thesis is aimed to find out whether and why students get or do not get enough sleep, and how it can influence them. Author puts forward four hypotheses: 1) The majority of working students do not obtain the required amount of sleep; 2) Those who do not obtain the required amount of sleep, often feel the desire take naps during the day; 3) Those who live together in the same household with others, often has higher sleep quality; 4) Those who consume alcohol and smoke often estimate their sleep quality as low. The data obtained in an internet survey of working full time students (18- 25 years old, n=119) were analysed in thesis. The obtained results from the survey was also compared with doctors’ opinion. Author concludes that working students do not pay enough attention to their sleep quality. A large part of working students are often faced with sleep disorders.
