Migrācijas ietekme uz darba tirgu Latvijā

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir "Migrācijas ietekme uz darba tirgu Latvijā" Pētījuma izstrādes mērķis ir identificēt nozīmīgākos iemeslus un raksturot sekas migrācijai, un izstrādāt ieteikumus tās samazināšanai, kā arī izvērtēt kādas sekas migrācija atstāj uz uzņēmējdarbību. Pēc Latvijas iestāšanās Eiropas Savienībā, pieauga Latvijas iedzīvotāju emigrācija uz citām valstīm, līdz ar to Latvija saskaras ar „smadzeņu aizplūdi” un darbaroku trūkumu, dažkārt pārpalikumu. Pētījuma ietvaros ir veikta zinātnisko materiālu, informācijas dažādās publikācijās, aptaujas un interviju izpēte un tās iegūtās informācijas apstrāde un analīze. Empīriski pētnieciska daļa sastāv no Latvijas iedzīvotāju un aizbraukušo Latvijas iedzīvotāju aptaujas realizāciju un aptauju rezultātu analīzes. Kopumā tika aptaujāti 201 respondents. Kā arī tika veiktas intervijas ar uzņēmējiem, lai noskaidrotu vai Latvijas uzņēmēji saskaras ar migrācijas sekām. Iegūtie dati tika analizēti ar aprakstošās statistikas raksturotāju. Darbs sastāv no 66 lpp., ievada, trim nodaļām, ietverot 9 attēlus, 4 tabulas un 4 pielikumus, secinājumus, izmantotās literatūras un avotu saraksta.

The title of bachelor's thesis is "The impact of migration on the labor market in Latvia" The aim of the study is to identify the most important causes and describe the consequences of migration, and to develop recommendations for the reduction, as well to evaluate the implications of migration have on the business. Following Latvian accession to the European Union raised Latvian emigration to other countries, so that Latvia is facing a "brain drain" and the lack of manpower, sometimes surplus. Estimated in the context of the research has been carried out scientific material information in various publications, surveys and interview study and the acquired information processing and analysis. Empirical research consists of Latvian population and those who has left the Latvia survey implementation and results of the survey analysis. A total of 201 respondents. As well were interviews conducted with entrepreneurs to find out, if the Latvian entrepreneurs are faced with the consequences of migration. The obtained data were analyzed with descriptive statistics descriptors. The work consists of 66 p., introduction, three chapters, including 9 pictures, 4 tables and 4 attachments, conclusions, bibliography and source list.
