Darba kārtības un tās organizācija tiesiskajās attiecībās

Abstract

Šī bakalaura darba temats ir: „ Darba kārtība un tās organizācija darba tiesiskajās attiecībās”. Darbs sastāv no ievada, divām nodaļām, desmit apakšnodaļām, secinājumiem un priekšlikumiem. Darba apjoms ir 42 lapas. Darbā ir izmantoti 32 avoti tai skaitā Latvijas Republikas un kaimiņvalstu normatīvie akti, juridiskās doktrīnas un interneta resursi. Šī bakalaura darba mērķis ir: 1)izpētīt darba kārtības noteikumus un problēmas, kuras var rasties to pārkāpšanas gadījumā; Šī bakalaura darba temats ir pietiekoši aktuāls Latvijā, jo pēdējā laikā daudzi darbinieku pārkāpumi tiek bieži diskutēti presē, kā arī pieaug to pieteikumu skaits tiesā. No juridiskā viedokļa jautājums ir aktuāls tāpēc, ka darba kārtības noteikumi ir svarīgs instruments, lai nodrošinātu uzņēmuma efektīvu saimniecisko darbību. Ar darba kārtības noteikumu palīdzību darba devējs var nodrošināt uzņēmumā vienotu darba kārtību, kas jāievēro visiem darbiniekiem. Labi pārdomāti un abām pusēm labvēlīgi pieņemti darba kārtības noteikumi ļauj novērst daudzus konfliktus, kuri var rasties izpildes procesā. Sakarā ar minētās problēmas aktualitāti, šajā bakalaura darbā ir analizēti tādi jautājumi, kā darba kārtības noteikumu būtība un ar to saistītie pārkāpumi. Bakalaura darbā piedāvāti varianti, kā uzlabot darbinieku motivāciju ievērot darba kārtības noteikumus. Bakalaura darbā ir izteikti secinājumi un priekšlikumi, ko piedāvā autors minētās problēmas pētīšanas rezultātā.

The bachelor thesis deals with the “Work order and it`s organization in employment relationships”. The work consists of an introduction, two chapters and ten sub-sections, conclusion and proposals. The bachelor thesis consists of 42 pages. In thesis are used 32 sources, including legal acts of the Republic of Latvia and foreign legal acts, judicial doctrines and internet resources. The aim of the bachelor thesis is: 1) to explore work order rules and problems that might arise in case of violation of the rules; The bachelor thesis topic is very important in Latvia because lately the media is often writing about employees violation of rules which leads to the numerous applications to the court. From a legal point of view, this question is relevant because the rules about employment are an important tool to ensure efficient operations in the enterprise. With work order rules employer can provide united work order within the enterprise. Well-designed and both sides favorable work order rules can prevent many conflicts between employee and employer, which might arise in the process. Due to the urgency of the problem, the bachelor thesis deals with issues such as the basis of the rules of work order concept and offenses relating to employment procedures. In the bachelor thesis author proposes solutions to motivate employees in compliance with the rules of the labor order. In the bachelor thesis a conclusion is drawn and suggestions are offered by the author from an issue.
