Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma „Fiksētu pacientu aprūpe intensīvās terapijas nodaļā”. Tēmas aktualitāti nosaka nepieciešamība ievērot juridiskos un ētiskos principus pacientu aprūpē. Darba mērķis ir noskaidrot fiksētu pacientu aprūpi intensīvās terapijas nodaļā, ievērojot pacientu tiesības un ētiskos aspektus. Pētniecības uzdevumi: analizēt literatūru, izstrādāt pētniecības instrumentus, veikt pētījumu un izvērtēt pētījuma rezultātus, izdarīt secinājumus un aktualizēt priekšlikumus fiksētu pacientu aprūpei. Pētniecības jautājums: kā tiek nodrošināta fiksētu pacientu aprūpe intensīvās terapijas nodaļā? Pētniecības instrumenti: intervijas jautājumi, datu apkopojuma protokols. Pētniecības metode – intervija, kontentanalīze, dokumentu analīze. The title of the Bachelor thesis is „In-bed patient care in the Intensive Care unit”. The importance of the topic is justified by the need to respect legal and ethical principles in patient care. The goal of the paper is to determine whether the in-bed patient care in intensive care unit is provided by respecting the rights and ethical aspects of patients. Research tasks: to analyze literature, to develop research tools, to carry out a study and to evaluate the findings, draw conclusions and to make proposals for in-bed patient care. Research question: how the in-bed patient care is provided in the intensive care unit? Research tools: interview questions, observation protocol. Research method – interview, content analysis.
