Maģistra darba tēma „SIA „VISPOOL” saimnieciskās darbības analīze un attīstības perspektīvas” ietver teorētiskās informācijas un pētījuma metožu prakstiskus aprēķinus, lai atspoguļotu uzņēmuma darbības efektivitāti un palīdzētu pieņemt vadības lēmumus. Maģistra darba mērķis ir veikt uzņēmuma SIA „VISPOOL” saimnieciskās darbības novērtējumu, noteikt konkurētspējas priekšrocības un izstrādāt priekšlikumus uzņēmuma tālākai darbībai. Maģistra darbs sastāv no anotācijas latviešu un angļu valodā, ievada, 4 nodaļām, secinājumiem un priekšlikumiem. Pirmajā nodaļā veikts saimnieciskās darbības analīzes teorētiskās bāzes raksturojums, otrajā nodaļā tiek izvērtēts santehnikas nozares vispārējais stāvoklis, trešajā nodaļā- finanšu situāciju uzņēmumā SIA „VISPOOL”, bet ceturtajā nodaļā veikta bankrota prognozēšana. Master's thesis "An economic analysis of company " VESPOOL " and its further development." includes theoretical information and research methods practical fittings estimates to reflect the company's operational efficiency and guide management decisions. Master's thesis is to carry out company "VISPOOL" operating assessment to identify competitive advantages and develop proposals for the company for further action. Master's thesis consists of annotations in Latvian and English, introduction, 4 chapters, conclusions and proposals. The first chapter conducted the economic analysis, the theoretical basis of the characteristics, of the second chapter assesses the plumbing industry overall condition, the third- the financial situation of the company "VISPOOL" but in the fourth chapter is made bankruptcy prediction.
