Psihoemocionālie darba vides riska faktori un to mazināšanas iespējas SIA “East Metal” metālapstrādes darbiniekiem

Abstract

Kvalifikācijas darba autore Santa Ūdre, Latvijas Universitātes, 1. līmeņa profesionālās augstākās izglītības studiju programmas “Darba aizsardzība” studente. Kvalifikācijas darba tēma: “Psihoemocionālie darba riska faktori un to mazināšanas iespējas uzņēmuma „East Metal metālapstrādes darbiniekiem”. Kvalifikācijas darba mērķis: Noskaidrot un analizēt darba vides psihoemocionālos riskus nodarbinātajiem, kuri strādā fizisku darbu, veicot metāla konstrukciju metināšanas un montēšanas darbus uzņēmumā SIA “East Metal”. Lai sasniegtu pētījumam izvirzīto mērķi, tika analizēta literatūra, piemēram, Maijas Eglītes, Valda Kaļķa u.c., un informācijas avoti par psihoemocionālajiem riska faktoriem un to ietekmi uz cilvēka veselību. Tika veikts pētījums par uzņēmuma SIA “East Metal” psihoemocionālajiem riska faktoriem, kas ir maz izcelti un pētīti tieši fiziska darba darītājiem, taču ir ne mazāk izplatīti, kā administrācijas darbiniekiem. Apkopojot pētījuma teorētisko daļu un salīdzinot to ar praktiskā pētījuma rezultātiem, tika izstrādāts preventīvo pasākumu plāns aktuālo psihoemocionālo risku novēršanai uzņēmuma SIA “East Metal”. Darbā izmantotas sekojošas pētījuma metodes – teorētiskās (literatūras, un dokumentu un informācijas avotu analīze) un datu statiskā apstrāde. Pirmajā nodaļā ir veikta literatūras un informācijas avotu analīze par metālapstrādes nozari Latvijā. Otrajā nodaļā ir aprakstīta pētāmā vide – uzņēmums „East Metal”. Trešajā nodaļā ir analizēti pētījuma rezultāti. Veikta psihoemocionālo darba vides risku analīze uzņēmumā SIA “East Metal”, izmantota aptaujas metode. Izstrādāti preventīvie pasākumi psihoemocionālo risku novēršana ražošanas darbiniekiem uzņēmumā SIA “East Metal”. Nobeigumā izstrādāti secinājumi un izteikti priekšlikumi. Kvalifikācijas darba apjoms 41 lappuse bez pielikumiem. Darba struktūru veido: ievads, 3 nodaļas ar apakšnodaļām, secinājumi, priekšlikumi, izmantotās literatūras informācijas avotu saraksts un pielikumi.

Author of the qualification paper Santa Udre, student of the 1st level professional higher education study program "Occupational Health and Safety". Theme of the qualification paper: "Psycho-emotional Work Risk Factors and Potential to Reduce Them for „East Metal” Metalworking Employees". Aim of the qualification work: to identify and analyze the psycho-emotional risks of the work environment for blue collar employees in metalwork of welding and assembling in the company „East Metal”. In order to achieve the objective of the qualification paper, literature was analyzed, for example, Maija Eglītes, Valds Kalkis, etc., as well as sources of information about psycho-emotional risk factors and their impact on human health. A study was conducted on the psycho-emotional risk factors of SIA “East Metal” that are not very highlighted and examined regarding blue collar employees employed in production, nevertheless as common as for administrative white collar staff. Summarizing the theoretical part of the study and comparing it with the results of the practical research, a plan of preventive measures for eliminating psycho-emotional risks at SIA “East Metal” was developed. The following research methods are used in the work: theoretical (literature, document and information source analysis) and data statistical processing. First chapter contains literature and information analysis on the metalworking industry in Latvia. Second chapter describes the exploratory environment – enterprise SIA “East Metal”. In third chapter the results of the study are analyzed. The analysis of psycho-emotional work environment risks was carried out at SIA “East Metal”, questionnaire method was used. Preventive measures have been developed to eliminate psycho-emotional risks for production workers at SIA “East Metal”. In the Conclusion part conclusions and suggestions have been stated. Qualification paper consists of 41 pages without appendixes. The structure of the work consists of: introduction, 3 chapters with subdivisions, conclusions, proposals, list of sources of literature used and annexes.
