Cilvēkresursu vadība un komunikācijas raksturojums SIA “Rigolex” uzņēmumā.

Abstract

Bakalaura darba autors: LU profesionālās augstākās izglītības bakalaura studiju programmas Komercdarbība un uzņēmuma vadība studente Inita Šēnhofa. Bakalaura darba zinātniskā vadītāja: lektore, Mg.psych. Ruta Karloviča Bakalaura darba tēma: Cilvēkresursu vadība un komunikācijas raksturojums SIA “Rigolex”uzņēmumā Bakalaura darba mērķis: pamatojoties uz SIA „Rigolex” darbības analīzi, izstrādāt priekšlikumus cilvēkresursu vadības un komunikācijas procesu pilnveidošanai. Izmantojot vispārpieņemtas pētījumu metodes (teorētiskās, empīriskās un datu apstrādes): –bakalaura darba pirmajā nodaļā pamatojoties uz teorētiskajiem aspektiem tiek pētīti uzņēmuma darbības vides ietekmējošie faktori, un raksturotas to izpētei izmantojamās metodes. –otrajā nodaļā tiek raksturota SIA „Rigolex” darbība, pamatdarbības virzieni, noteikti galvenie uzņēmuma darbību ietekmējošie ārējās un iekšējās vides elementi, kā arī analizēti uzņēmuma cilvēkresursu vadiba un komunikācija uzņēmumā. –trešajā nodaļā tiek izvērtētas SIA „Rigolex”cilvēkresursu vadība un komunikācijas process. Pētījuma periods: 2014. - 2016. gads. Par pētījuma avotiem ir izmantota uzņēmējdarbības cilvēkresursu vadība, datu bāzes un akadēmiskā literatūra (t.sk., , Lursoft, LR CSP dati), Latvijas Republikas likumdošanas normatīvie akti, informācija no interneta resursiem un SIA „Rigolex” publicētie un nepublicētie materiāli. Bakalaura darba apjoms ir 51 lpp.. Pētījuma raksturošanai darbā iekļauti 13 attēli un 3 tabulas. Pētījuma veikšanai izmantoti 28 avoti, no kuriem 5 ir svešvalodās.

Ruta Karloviča Title of the Bachelor Paper: Human resource management and communication charasteristics at SIA “Rigolex” Aim of the Bachelor Paper: through research and analysis of the SIA “Rigolex” performance, to develop proposals and suggestions for performance improvement. General research methods (theoretical, empirical and data processing) have been used to achieve the following: -In the first chapter of the Bachelor Paper, based on theoretical aspects, factors influencing the company’s operating environment are being anylized, and the methods used for the research are described. -The second chapter describes the activities of SIA “Rigolex’, the main directions and elements of the external in internal environment that influences the company’s activities are being described, as well as the company’s human resource management and communicating in the company is being analysed. -The third chapter main emphasis is on the human resource management and communication process in the SIA “Rigolex”. -Study period: 2014-2016 The sources of the research are human resource management, databases and academic literature (including Lursoft, data of the CSB of the Republic of Latvia), legislative acts of the Republic of Latvia, information from internet resources and published and unpublished materials of SIA “Rigolex”. Volume of the Bachelor Paper is 51 pages. The description of the research includes 13 images and 3 tables. During the research 28 have been used, from which 5 are in foreign languages.
