Projektu vadība un izstrāde pedagoģiskajā procesā

Abstract

Kvalifikācijas darba „ Projektu vadība un izstrāde pedagoģiskajā procesā” mērķis ir analizēt projektu izstrādes procesu un vadību, analizēt pedagogu un vecāku sadarbības uzlabošanas metodes caur projektu „ Bērnu interešu stūrīši izveide „. Mērķa sasniegšanai darba gaitā tika izstrādāti un realizēti trīs darba uzdevumi. Tāpat sadarbības uzlabošanai tika izstrādāts projekts „ Reggio Emillio darba principi – Bērnu interešu stūrīšu izveide.” Darba gaitā darba autore izmatoja trīs pētījuma metodes. No metodēm tika izmantota teorētiskā metode, kurā analizē dažādus literatūras avotus, empīrisko metodi, kurā izmanto anketēšanu un novērošanu. Šajā kvalifikācijas darbā analizē literatūras avotus saistībā ar projektu vadību un izstrādi pedagoģiskajā procesā, pedagoģisko sadarbību ar ģimenēm un Reggio Emillio darba principus. Kvalifikācijas darbs sastāv no trīs daļām- teorētiskās daļas, kurā tiek analizēti dažādi literatūras avoti. Pirmajā nodaļā tiek analizēta projektu vadība un izstrāde, kurā sīkāk apskata: projekta jēdzienu, projektu vadīšanas procesu, projektu vadīšanas būtība, projektu vadības sistēma un plānošana projektu vadīšanā. Otrajā nodaļā tiek analizēta pedagoģiskā sadarbība ar ģimeni, kurā sīkāk apskata šādas tēmas: faktori, kas ietekmē sadarbību starp vecākiem un pedagogu, ieteikumi skolas un ģimenes sadarbības veicināšanai un Reggio Emillio principus. Otrā daļa sastāv no empīriskās daļas, kurā analizē pētījuma metodoloģijas raksturojums, praktisko pētījumu par pedagogu un vecāku sadarbību, kurā sīkāk izpēta: sadarbības novērojumu pētījuma sākumā, projekta izstrādei un īstenošanu un sadarbības novērojums pētījuma beigās. Darba beigās tiek izstrādāti secinājumi. Kvalifikācijas darba apjoms ir 39 lpp, kopā, ar pielikumiem 50 lpp. Darbā ir 3 tabulas, 7 attēli un ir 4 pievienoti pielikumi. Darba gaitā apskatīti 38 literatūras avoti.

Anotation Qualification work „Project management and development in the pedagogical process” the maine objecyive is to analise project development process and management, analise teachers and parents improvement methods through the project „Creation of children's corners”. In order to achieve the goal, three work tasks were developed and implemented. To improve co-operation there was developed a project "Reggio Emillio's working principles - Creating of children's interests corners." During the work, the author of the work used three methods of research. These methods were used in work - theoretical method, which analyzes various sources of literature, empirical method using questionnaire and observation. This qualification paper analyzes sources of literature in relation to project management and development in the pedagogical process, pedagogical cooperation with families and Reggio Emillio’s principles of work. The qualification work consists of three parts - theoretical part, which analyzes deferent sources of literature. The first chapter analyzes project management and development, which is more in detail: the concept of the project, project management process, the essence of project management, project management system and planning for project management. The second chapter analyzed pedagogical cooperation with the family, which contains the following topics in more detail: factors that affect collaboration between parents and educators, recommendations for promoting school-family cooperation and Reggio Emillio princies. Chapter two consists of an empirical part, which analyzes a description of the research methodology, practical study on cooperation between teachers and parents, which explores in more detail: observation of co-operation at the beginning of the study, project development and implementation and collaboration observation at the end of the study. At the end of the work, conclusions are drawn. The volume of the qualification is 39 pages, with attachments 50 pages. There are 3 tables in the work, 7 pictures and 4 attachments have been added. In the course of work, 38 literature sources are discussed.
