Darba autors: Olga Mordvinova. Darba nosaukums: Pedagogu motivācijas atspoguļojums pedagoģiskajā procesā pirmsskolas izglītības iestādē Rīgā. Darba mērķis pētīt motivācijas teorijas, to pielietojuma atspoguļojumu pedagoģiskajā procesā. Darbā tika intervēti bērni, pedagogi un iestādes vādība, veikta pedagogu rotaļnodarbību novērošana un analīze. Darbam ir trīs nodaļas. Pirmā nodaļa – zinātniskās literatūras analīze par motivācijas teorijām. Otrā nodaļa – problēmas teorētiskais pamatojums. Šajā nodaļā tiek aprakstītas izglītības vadības funkcijas un pedagoģiskā procesa būtība, pedagogu darbība, problēmas kas saistītas ar motivācijas trūkumu un iespējamie problēmu risinājumi. Trešā nodaļa – pētījums par pedagogu motivācijas struktūras noteikšanu izglītības iestādē. Šajā nodaļā tiek noteikta pedagogu motivācijas struktūra konkrētā pirmsskolas izglītības iestādē Rīgā, noskaidrojot galvenos motīvus strādāt, faktorus, kas rada diskomfortu. Tiek analizēta iestādes pedagogu un bērnu motivācija, vērtēta pedagogu darbības motivācijas izpēte rotaļnodarbībās. Ir sniegts metodoloģiskais pamatojums un pētījuma apraksts, veikta iegūto rezultātu analīze. Darba noslegumā ir izdarīti secinājumi un izstrādāti ieteikumi iestādes vadībai un pedagogiem. Darbs kopumā izklāstīts 66 lappusēs, tajā iekļautas 19 tabulas, 4 attēli, 3 pielikumi. Darbā ir izmontoti 48 literatūras avoti. Author: Olga Mordvinova. Topic: Reflection of teachers' motivation during pedagogical process at a pre-school educational institution in Riga. The goal of this work is to study the theory of motivation and the reflection of its application in pedagogical process. The work involved interviewing children, teachers and the management, monitoring and analyzing teachers’ games. The work has three chapters. The first chapter - the analysis of scientific literature on motivation theories. The second chapter – theoretical base of the problem. This chapter describeseducational management functions and the essence of pedagogical process, teacher activities, problems associated with the lack of motivation and possible solutions to these problems. The third chapter - study on determining teachers’ motivation structure ineducational institution. This chapter identifies the motivation structure for teachers in a specific pre-school educational institution in Riga, explaining the main motives to work, factors that create discomfort. The motivation of teachers and children of the institution is analyzed; research of teachers’ motivation during game activities has been evaluated. Methodological ground and research description is revealed; analysis of obtained results has been provided. Finally, this work contains conclusions and recommendations for institution’s management and teachers. The work is presented on 66 pages; it includes 19 tables, 4 pictures, 3 annexes. 48 references used in this work.
