SIA “Zevs A” finansiālā stāvokļa analīze

Abstract

Diplomdarba tēma ir SIA ”ZEVS A” finansiālā stāvokļa analīze. Pētamā problēma ir uzņēmuma SIA ”ZEVS A” vairāku gadu zaudējumi, kuri noved uzņēmumu pie maksātnespējas un turpmāk finansiālā stāvokļa neuzlabošanas gadījumā, pie uzņēmuma bankrota. Darba mērķis – pamatojoties uz SIA „ZEVS A” finansiālā stāvokļa analīzi, salīdzināt iegūto rezultātu ar uzņēmuma lielāko konkurentu rādītājiem un izstrādāt priekšlikumus uzņēmuma finansiālā stāvokļa uzlabošanai. Diplomdarba mērķa sasniegšanai veicamie uzdevumi: 1.Izpētīt finansiālās analīzes teorētisko daļu; 2.Raksturot SIA „ZEVS A” uzņēmējdarbību; 3.Veikt SIA „ZEVS A” un lielāko komkurentu finansiālo koeficientu aprēķinu un analīzi; 4.Apkopot secinājumus un izstrādāt priekšlikumus finansiālā stāvokļa uzlabošanai. SIA „ZEVS A” finansiālā stāvokļa analīzes procesā iegūtie rezultāti parāda, ka uzņēmumam ir lielas finansiālas grūtības. Uzņēmuma apgrozījums samazinās, bet krājumu apjoms joprojām paliek liels. Brīvo naudas līdzekļu trūkums neļauj attīstīties un nokārtot savas saistības. Uzņēmuma maksātnespējas un turpmāk bankrota iespējamība ir ļoti augsta.

The theme of the diploma paper is the analysis of the financial situation of “ZEVS A” Ltd. The problem to be solved is the losses of several years of “ZEVS A” Ltd, which lead to insolvency of the company and, in the future, in the event of failure to improve its financial position, to the bankruptcy of the company. The aim of the work - on the basis of analysis of the financial situation of “ZEVS A” Ltd to compare the obtained result with the indicators of the company's largest competitors and to develop proposals for improving the company's financial position. Tasks to achieve the diploma thesis: 1.To study the theoretical part of financial analysis; 2.To describe the business of “ZEVS A” Ltd; 3.To carry out calculation and analysis of the financial coefficients of “ZEVS A” Ltd and the largest comers; 4.Summarize the conclusions and develop proposals for improving financial position. The results of the analysis of the financial situation of “ZEVS A” Ltd show that the company is in great financial difficulties. The company's turnover is decreasing, but the volume of inventories remains high. The lack of free funds does not allow them to develop and settle their commitments. The company's insolvency and future bankruptcy are very likely.
