Transporta uzņēmuma SIA "KKL TRANS" vadīšanas un attīstības pilnveidošanas virzieni

Abstract

Bakalaura darbā ir veikta uzņēmuma SIA “KKL TRANS” izpēte, lai noskaidrotu uzņēmuma stāvokli un izvirzītu atbilstošus secinājumus un priekšlikumus uzņēmuma attīstībai. Lai sasniegtu bakalaura darbā izvirzīto mērķi, autors izmantoja kvalitatīvās un kvantitatīvās analīzes metodes. Darba ietvaros tika intervēts sadarbības uzņēmuma SIA “Blīgzna” īpašnieks, kā arī Zemnieku saimniecības “Pumpuri” īpašnieks par esošo sadarbību un sadarbības iespējām nākotnē ar bakalaura darbā pētāmo uzņēmumu SIA “KKL TRANS”. Autors veica uzņēmuma pēdējo triju bilances pārskata gadu analīzi, lai izprastu finansiālo stāvokli un veiktu pamatotus priekšlikumus attīstībai. Bakalaura darba apjoms ir 60 lpp., un tas sastāv no ievada, 4 nodaļām, 9 apakšnodaļām, secinājumiem, priekšlikumiem, izmantotās literatūras un avotu saraksta un 7 pielikumiem

The Bachelor's thesis deals with the study of the company “KKL TRANS” Ltd. in order to find out the company's position and make apprporiate conclusions and proposals for the development of the company. In order to achieve the aim of the Bachelor's thesis, the author used qualitative and quantitative analysis methods. The author was interviewed the owner of the cooperation company “Blīgzna” Ltd., as well as the owner of the Farm “Pumpuri”, to recognize the existing cooperation and opportunities for cooperation with “KKL TRANS” Ltd at future. The author carried out an analysis of the company's last three balance sheet financial years in order to understand the financial situation and to make reasoned proposals for development. The dissertation is 60 pages long it is structured in introduction, 4 main chapters and 9 sub-sections, conclusions, proposals, used references and 7 additions.
