Bērnu ar garīgās attīstības traucējumiem aizbildņu izglītošana

Abstract

Diplomdarbā „Bērnu ar garīgās attīstības traucējumiem aizbildņu izglītošana” tika akcentēta Rīgas pašvaldībā pastāvoša problēma, ka aizvien vairāk aizbildņu saskaras ar grūtībām, audzinot bērnus ar garīgās attīstības traucējumiem. Diplomdarbs sastāv no trīs nodaļām. Diplomdarba autore pirmajā nodaļā analizēja teorētisko literatūru par vispārpieņemtajai vecuma normai atbilstošu attīstību bērniem un bērniem ar garīgās attīstības traucējumiem, ģimenes nozīmi šo bērnu socializēšanā. Otrajā nodaļā tika sniegts ieskats par aizbildnību, tās būtību, aizbildņa tiesībām un pienākumiem, aprakstīta terminoloģija. Tāpat diplomdarba autore izanalizēja Latvijas un Starptautisko normatīvo aktu regulējumu par aizbildņu izglītošanu. Diplomdarba autore trešajā nodaļā izstrādāja aptaujas anketu un veica Rīgas pašvaldības aizbildņu, kuru ģimenē aug bērni ar garīgās attīstības traucējumiem, anketēšanu ar mērķi noskaidrot, kā optimāli aizbildņiem organizēt izglītojošus kursus. Apkopojot aptaujas anketās iegūtos rezultātus, diplomdarba autore izstrādāja izglītojošu kursu programmu bērnu ar garīgās attīstības traucējumiem aizbildņiem, kuru apgūstot, aizbildņiem būs iespēja iegūt jaunas un papildināt jau esošās zināšanas par bērnu ar garīgās attīstības traucējumiem pilnvērtīgāku audzināšanu. In the diploma paper „Education of Guardians for Children with Mental Disabilities” the problem existing at the Riga City Municipality was emphasised where more and more guardians face difficulties upbringing children with mental disabilities. The diploma paper consists of three chapters. The author of the diploma paper in the first chapter analysed theoretic literature on generally accepted age-appropriate standard for development of children and children with mental disabilities, on the role of a family in socialization of these children. In the second chapter a view was provided on guardianship, its essence, the guardian’s rights and duties, the terminology was described. The author of the diploma paper has analysed Latvian and international regulatory enactment regulation regarding the education of guardians as well. With the purpose to clarify how to organise optimally educational courses for guardians the author of the diploma paper in the third chapter developed a questionnaire and performed a survey of the Riga City Municipality’s guardians in whose families the children are growing with mental disabilities. Gathering the results obtained from these questionnaires the author of the diploma paper developed a program of educational courses for guardians of children with mental disabilities, after acquiring of which the guardians would have opportunity to obtain a new knowledge and to supplement the knowledge existing already on more wholesome upbringing of children with mental disabilities.
