Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir “Darba devēja uzteikums, kas saistīts ar darbinieka uzvedību un profesionālajām spējām”. Bakalaura darba objekts - darba tiesisko attiecību izbeigšana. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir sniegt nepieciešamo informāciju un zināšanas par darba tiesisko attiecību izbeigšanas pamatiem Latvijas Republikā, analizējot darba līguma izbeigšanas tiesiskos pamatus, konkrēti darba devēja uzteikuma gadījumā, kā arī noskaidrot darba tiesisko attiecību izbeigšanas būtību, izpētīt uzteikuma veidus, atklāt nepilnības, sniegt secinājumus un priekšlikumus, un vērst uzmanību uz atšķirībām regulējumā starp Baltijas valstīm. Iegūtie pētijumi sniedz nepieciešamo informāciju par bakalaura darba pētamo tēmu. Darba izstrādes pamatā tika izmantotas analīzes, sintēzes, indukcijas, dedukcijas un salīdzinošā metode. Darba struktūru veido anotācijas latviešu un angļu valodā, ievaddaļa, 4 nodaļas ar apakšnodaļām, secinājumi un priekšlikumi par aplūkojamo tēmu, izmantotās literatūras saraksts un pielikumi. The subject of the Bachelor’s thesis is “The employer’s notice, which is related to the employee’s behaviour and professional skills”. The subject of the Bachelor’s thesis is a termination of the employment relationship. The Bachelor’s thesis objective is to provide a necessary information and knowledge about the basics of the termination of employment relationships in the Republic of Latvia, analysing the legal grounds of the termination of the employment agreement, particularly in the event of the employer’s notice, as well as to determine the essence for the termination of the employment relationships, to study the forms of notices, disclose the deficiencies, provide conclusions and proposals, and to point out to the differences in the regulations between the Baltic States. Obtained studies provide the necessary information about the research subject of the Bachelor’s thesis. The work development was based on the analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction and comparative methods. The structure of the thesis consists of annotation in Latvian and English languages, introductory part, 4 paragraphs with subchapters, conclusions and proposals about the dealt topic, list of the used literature and annexes.
