Zusammenfassung
A. Guļevskas diplomdarba “Sociālā pedagoga sadarbība ar atbalsta personālu Kandavas internātskolā” mērķis ir sociālā pedagoga un atbalsta personāla sadarbības veicināšana priekšlaicīgas mācību pamešanas riska mazināšanai 5. līdz 8. klašu skolēniem. Teorētiskajā daļā autore analizē literatūru par atbalsta personāla darbību kā arī par skolas un vecāku sadarbību. Pētnieciskajā daļā tiek analizēta un raksturota konkrētās skolas atbalsta personāla darbība, un pētīts un raksturots skolas 1. – 9. klašu skolēnu sastāvs. Izveidoti individuāli priekšlaicīgas mācību pamešanas riska mazināšanas plāni piekto līdz astoto klašu skolniekiem. Veikts realizētās sociālpedagoģiskās darbības apraksts. The aim of the diploma thesis of A. Guļevska “Cooperation of the social pedagogue with the support staff at Kandava Secondary Boarding School” is to promote cooperation between the social pedagogue and the support staff in order to reduce the risk of early school leaving for students from grade 5 to 8. In the theoretical part, the author analyzes the literature about the activity of the support staff as well as about the cooperation between the school and parents. In the empirical part, the specific school`s support staff activities are analyzed and characterized, furthermore, the composition of the students from grade 1 to 9 is investigated and described. The individual plans are made in order to reduce the risk of early school leaving for students from grade 5 to 8. A description of the realized socio-pedagogical activity is made.
