Prokrastinācijas, pašefektivitātes un personības iezīmju saistības

Abstract

Šī bakalaura darba mērķis ir izpētīt literatūru un aprakstīt prokrastinācijas, pašefektivitātes un personības iezīmju fenomenus, kā arī veikt pētījumu, noskaidrojot to savstarpējās saistības, balstoties uz zinātnisko pētījumu teorētisko pamatojumu. Pētījumā piedalījās 65 respondenti, no kuriem 54 sievietes un 11 vīrieši, vecumā no 23 līdz 61 gadam, kur vidējais dalībnieku vecums ir 38,12 gadi. Pētījums tiek veikts, izmantojot Prokrastinācijas aptauju, Vispārējās pašefektivitātes aptauju un Latvijas Personības Aptauju (LPA_v3). Pētījuma rezultāti parāda, ka pastāv statistiski nozīmīga negatīva sakarība starp prokrastināciju un personības dimensiju “Apzinīgums”, kuru veido tādas personības iezīmes, kā akurātība, čaklums, mērķtiecīgums (neatlaidība), pašdisciplīna, apdomība, perfekcionisms. Apstiprinājās pašefektivitātes un prokrastinācijas negatīva savstarpēja sakarība, kā arī pašefektivitātes nozīmīga saistība ar personības dimensiju “Apzinīgums” un saistība ar personības dimensiju “Atvērtība pieredzei” tendenču līmenī. Target of this term paper is to investigate and describe the phenomenons of Procrastination, Self-Efficacy and Personality traits, and to do a research of their mutual correlations, based on the theoretical argument of the scientifical researches. The research sample consists of 65 respondents of the from 23 to 61, where the average age is 38,12 years. The research is performed, using Procrastination Scale, The Genaral Self-Efficacy Scale and Personality Traits Inventory (LPA_v3). To compare the results, the author uses correlation analysis, which confirms the negative relationship between Procastination and Conscientiousness, but there are no signitificant differences of the results observed between other personality traits. Author found relationship between Self-Efficacy and Personality traits, and little bit the negative relationship between Procastination and Self-Efficacy.
