Abstract

‘’Mežkopībā nodarbināto paredzamie darba vides riski un darbspēju uzlabošanas pasākumi’’ Darba autore: Liene Pušpura. Darba zinātniskais vadītājs: Dr. ķīm. Ingars Reinholds. Darbs izklāstīts uz 100 lpp., ietver 55 attēlus, 7 tabulas, 81 literatūras avotu, 25 pielikumus. Pētījums sastāv no 4 daļām. Pirmajā daļā ir apkopota un analizēta literatūra par mežkopības nozares stāvokli Latvijā un pasaulē, darbu veidiem un darba vides riska faktoriem. Otrajā daļā aprakstītas pētījumā lietotās metodes, bet trešajā daļā ir veikta rezultātu analīze. Izmantotas autores izstrādātas un modificētas anketas darbinieku viedokļa analīzei, pielietotas piemērotas puskvantitatīvās un kvantitatīvās metodes darba vides risku novērtējumam, ko papildināja autores veiktie indikatīvie un objektīvie mērījumi. Izstrādāts risku novēršanas pasākumu plāns, preventīvie pasākumi, no kuriem praktisku nozīmību uzrāda sagatavoti materiāli mežkopības darbos strādājošajiem.

‘’Prospective occupational risks in forestry and preventive measures for improvement of operational capacity’’ Author: Liene Pušpura. Scientific supervisor: Dr.Chem. Ingars Reinholds. Thesis contain 100 pages, 55 figures, 7 tables, 25 appendices and 81 litterature refferences. The study thesis contains four main chapters. The first chapter summarizes an analysis of the literature on the state of the forestry sector in Latvia and the world, the types of work and occupational risk factors. The second chapter describes the methods used in the study, while the third part contains an analysis of the results. Questionnaires for opinion analysis made or modified by the author and appropriate semi-quantitative and quantitative methods complemented by the author's indicative and objective measurements were applied for the assessment of occupational risks. A risk prevention plan has been developed, preventive measures, of which the practical significance is presented by the prepared materials for the work of young people in the maintenance work.
