LEAN pieeja darba aizsardzības sistēmas uzlabošanā dzelzsbetona rūpnīcās Latvijā

Abstract

“Lean pieeja darba aizsardzības sistēmas uzlabošanā dzelzsbetona rūpnīcās Latvijā”. Darba autore: Jeļena Karole. Darba zinātniskais vadītājs: Dr. Vadībzinātnes doktors, (Dr.) Henrijs Kaļķis. Darbs izklāstīts uz 93 lpp., ietver 33 attēlus, 9 tabulas, 15 pielikumus, 24 informatīvos avotus. Pētījums sastāv no 4 daļām. Pirmajā daļā ir apkopota un analizēta informācija par darba aizsardzības sitēmas ieviešanu, darba vides riskiem, kur ietekmē dzelzsbetona rūpnīcas darbinieku veselību un drošību, to cēloņiem un sekām, Lean pieejas skaidrojums un tā pielietošanas iespējas. Literatūras analīzes ietvaros tika noskaidrots, ka dzelzsbetona rūpnīcu darbinieku veselību un drošību ietekmē vairāki riski un to novēršana ir iespējama, pielietojot Lean pieeju. Otrajā daļā aprakstītas pielietotas pētījuma metodes. Trešajā daļā apkopoti un analizēti pētījuma rezultāti, veikti secinājumi un sniegti priekšlikumi Lean instrumentu pielietošanā riska faktoru samazināšanai vai novēršanai. Ceturtajā daļā izstrādātas vadlīnijas Lean ieviešanai ar nolūku uzlabot darba aizsardzības sistēmu. Pētījuma rezultāti ļauj secināt, ka darba aizsardzības sistēmas uzlabošana ir iespējama, pielietojot Lean pieeju, kas sekmēs darbinieku veselību un drošību darba vietās. Izstrādātas prakstiskās rekomendācijas dzelzsbetona rūpnīcām Lean pieejas ieviešanai. Izmantotās metodes: Darbinieku aptauja un Ergonomiskā aptauja, Somijas 5 baļļu matrica (Tampere University of Technology, Booth, 1994), Slodzes galveno radītāju metode, Darba vietu ergonomiskā analīze, Ergonomisko riska faktoru ātra ekspozīcijas kontrole un Smaguma celšanas un pārvietošanas diagrammas.

"Lean approach to improving the labor protection system in reinforced concrete factories in Latvia". Author of work: Jeļena Karole. Scientific supervisor: Dr. Doctor of Management, (Dr.) Henrijs Kaļķis. The work is presented on 93 pages, includes 33 pictures, 9 tables, 15 supplements, 24 informational sources. The study consists of 4 parts. The first part summarizes and analyzes the information on the implementation of the labor protection system, the work environment risks, which affects the health and safety of the employees of the reinforced concrete factories, their causes and consequences, the explanation of the Lean approach and its application possibilities. Literature analysis shows, that it was clarified that the health and safety of reinforced concrete workers are affected by several risks and their elimination is possible using the Lean approach. The second part describes the applied research methods. The third part summarizes and analyzes the results of the research, draws conclusions and presents proposals for the use of Lean instruments for reducing or preventing risk factors. In the forth part are provided guidelines for implementing Lean with a view to improving the labor protection system. The results of the research suggest that improvement of the labor protection system is possible by applying the Lean approach, which will promote the health and safety of employees at workplaces. Practical recommendations for the implementation of the Lean approach for reinforced concrete factories have been developed. Methods used: Employee Survey and Ergonomic Survey, Finnish 5-ball Matrix (Tampere University of Technology, Booth, 1994), Load Generator Method, Ergonomic Workplace Analysis, Ergonomic Risk Factors, Rapid Exposure Control, and Heavy-lifting and Migrating Diagrams.
