Saproksilo bezmugurkaulnieku daudzveidība lapkoku praulgrauža Osmoderma barnabita (Coleoptera, Scarabaeidae) dzīvotnēs Rundāles novadā

Abstract

Lapkoku praulgrauzis īpaši aizsargājama suga un indikators lielai saproksilo bezmugurkaulnieku daudzveidībai, saproksilie bezmugurkaulnieki ir paaugstinātā riska grupā saistībā ar to biotopu skaita samazināšanos. Rundāles novadā ir vairākas teritorijas, kuras ir piemērotas lapkoku praulgrauzim kā dzīvotnes. Nav zināms kopējais lapkoku praulgrauža dzīvotņu skaits Rundāles novadā un nav informācijas par to saproksiliem bezmugurkaulniekiem tajās. Izmantojot feromonu lamatas, lai noteiktu lapkoku praulgrauža klātbūtni biotopa līmenī, un parbaudi uz ekskrementiem kokos, lai noteiktu apdzīvotos dobumainos kokus. Izmantojot sijāšanas metodi, ievākt dobumaino koku praulu paraugus un tad laboratorijas apstākļos apskatīt tajos esošas bezmugurkaulnieku dzimtas. Mērķis uzskaitīt Rundāles novadā esošās lapkoku praulgrauža dzīvotnes un izpētīt tajās esošo saproksilo bezmugurkaulnieku daudzveidību.

Hermit beetle is a specially protected species and an indicator for a big diversity of saproxylic invertebrates in the tree, sparoxilyc invertebrates are at high risk in relation to the decline in their habitats. There are several areas in Rundāle municipality that are suitable for hermit beetle as habitats. The total number of hermit beetle habitats in Rundāle municipality is unknown and there is no information about saproxilyc speciesin these habitats. Using a pheromone trap to detect the presence of hermit beetle at the habitat level, and look for hermit beetle excrements in the hollow trees to determine the trees that are populated by hermit beetle. Using a sifting method, samples were collected from hollow trees, later samples were analyzed in laboratolical conditions. The aim is to find the all trees that that are inhabited by the hermit beetle in the Rundāle municipality and to investigate the diversity of saproxilyc invertebrates diversity in them.
