Abstract

Bakalaura darba mērķis ir izpētīt lietotāja saskarnes un lietotāja pieredzes pareizos izstrādes principus un praksi, kas koncentrēta uz lietotājiem, lietotāju paradumiem un mijiedarbību ar lietotni, kā arī izpētīt, ko ir iespējams uzzināt par lietojumprogrammatūras lietotājiem, lai izstrādes produktu pielāgotu visprecīzāk lietotāju vajadzībām. Bakalaura darbā apskatīts kā katru no lietotnes izstrādes posmiem balstīt lietotājos un lietotāju vajadzībās – ko ņemt vērā par lietotāju, kad noris lietotnes izstrādes pirmais posms un pirms lietotne ir sasniegusi gala lietotāju, kādi ir lietotāju monitoringa rīku veidi, lai par lietotājiem apkopotu informāciju un veiktu analīzi, kā arī kādi ir testu veidi, kas balstīti lietotāja atgriezeniskajā saitē un izvēlēs. Pētījumā apskatīta arī gadījuma izpēte ar reālu lietotāju monitoringu un analīzi.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to research user experience and user interface correct and standardized development, that is focused on the user, habits of user and user interaction with the software. The aim is to research user from all the aspects, so it would be possible to adjust the software completely to the needs of the user. Bachelor thesis examines how to base each iteration of the development of the software on the end-user needs. This thesis examines what to take into the account about the user when it comes to the first stage of the development of the software and before the software is delivered to the end-user, and what are the types of user monitoring tools and what are test types what are based on user feedback and user choices. The study also examines a case-specific study and monitoring and analysis of actual users.
