Cilvēkresursu vadības pilnveide akciju sabiedrībā "Virši-A"

Abstract

Maģistra darba tēma ir ,,Cilvēkresursu vadības pilnveide AS ,,Virši – A”’’ un tā autore ir Ieva Cīrule. Darba mērķis ir pētīt teorētiski un analizēt praktiski cilvēkresursu vadības procesus AS ,,Virši–A”, un balstoties uz empīriskā pētījuma rezultātiem, izstrādāt ieteikumus to pilnveidei uzņēmumā. Lai sasniegtu darba mērķi, pirmajā nodaļā tika pētīta un analizēta zinātniskā literatūra par cilvēkresursu vadības procesiem: plānošanu, meklēšanu, personāla atlasi, adaptāciju, apmācību un motivēšanu, kā arī noskaidroti faktori, kas šo procesus ietekmē. Darba otrajā nodaļā atspoguļots empīriskais pētījums. Sākotnēji ir sniegts AS ,,Virši–A” vispārīgs raksturojums, kā arī ieskats uzņēmuma darbinieku pakļautības struktūrā un esošajos cilvēku resursos. Šajā nodaļā ir atspoguļota pētījuma gaita un izmantotās metodes. Tiek analizēti darbinieku aptaujas rezultāti, kas atspoguļo to, ka uzņēmuma darbinieki pozitīvi vērtē savu darba devēju, apzinās uzņēmuma mērķus, jūtas motivēti mērķu sasniegšanai, bet norāda arī uz jomām, kuras būtu lietderīgi uzlabot: darbinieku novērtēšanas rezultātu sasaiste ar apmācībām, bonusu sistēma, jauno darbinieku integrēšana kolektīvā. Darba otrajā nodaļā ir analizēta arī intervija ar uzņēmuma personāla nodaļas vadītāju, kura norāda uz nodaļas steidzamāk veicamajiem darbiem: pilnveidot DUS vadītāju kompetences un izveidot jauno darbinieku adaptācijas sistēmu. Darba noslēgumā, izdarīti secinājumi par cilvēkresursu vadības procesiem uzņēmumā, un vadoties pēc pētījumā iegūtajiem rezultātiem, izstrādāti ieteikumi to pilnveidei. Darbs izklāstīts 82 lapaspusēs un satur 10 attēlus, 3 tabulas un 5 pielikumus. Darba izstrādē izmantoti 39 literatūras avoti. The aim of the master’s thesis „Perfection of human resources management AS „Virši-A” and the author is Ieva Cirule. The aim of the work is to study tereotically and to analyze practically human resources management processes „Virši-A”, and bassing on empirical research results to develop recommendations for their perfection in company. To achieve the aim, in the first chapter there were reseached and analysed scientific literature about processes of human resources management : planning, searching, personnel selection, adaptation, practicing and motivating , and also clarified factors that can affect these processes. In the second chapter there is indicated empirical research. Initially, there is given a general explanation of „Virši-A” and also insight into company employees subordination structure and the human resources in it. In this chapter there is indicated the course and the used methods of research. Employees poll results are being analyzed, which reflect that company’s employees valued their employer positive, they understand the company’s aim and they feel motivated in achieving the goals, but they also point out areas which should be useful to improve: employee evaluation results connected with trainings, bonus system, new employees integration into collective. In a second part of the work is also analyzed interview with company’s personnel maneger, who point at works that should be done urgently: upgrade gas station’s head competances and create new employee adaptation system. At the end of the work are made a conclusions about processes of human resources management, and according to results there are created suggestions to uprade them. Work is written on 82 pages un it has 10 pictures, 3 tables and 5 attachments. Worked out using 39 literary sources.
