Pedagogu profesionalitātes vērtēšana un tās pilnveide vadībā

Abstract

Maģistra darba temats - „Pedagogu profesionalitātes vērtēšana un tās pilnveide vadībā” pēdējā gadā ir kļuvis aktuāls un daudz apspriests, jo ar 2017/2018. mācību gadu pēc starptautiskās organizācijas OECD ekspertu ieteikuma tika izveidota jauna novērtēšanas sistēma. Katru gadu var novērot plašsaziņu līdzekļos ka, izglītības kvalitāte valstī nav tā labākā, arī daudzu augstskolu rektori ir izteikuši replikas par jauno studentu slikto sagatavotību. Pētījuma mērķis ir empīriski pārbaudīt līdzšinējo pedagogu kvalitātes pakāpju sistēmu un tās novērtējumu, kā arī izstrādāt priekšlikumus, kas spētu uzlabot kopumā novērtēšanas sistēmu vadībā. Pirmajās divās nodaļās ir zinātniskās literatūras, Latvijas likumdošanas normatīvo aktu un citu dokumentu, rakstu analīze, pēdējā nodaļā tiek analizēti respondentu viedokļi. Pētījumā piedalījās Kokneses novada trīs izglītības iestādes, tika intervēti trīs izglītības iestāžu vadītāji un septiņi viņu vietnieki, kā arī tika anketēti sešdesmit pedagogi. Pētījuma rezultāts, analizējot zinātnisko literatūru, respondentu viedokļus, kā arī, ņemot vērā pētījuma autora pieredzi, tika izstrādāti priekšlikumi, kas spētu uzlabot novērtēšanas sistēmu vadībā izglītības iestādē.

The theme of the master's thesis is "Evaluation of Teacher Professionalism and its Improvement in Management", this topic has become topical and highly debated in the last year, as a new evaluation system was created in the 2017 school year, which was also recommended by the international organization's experts in the OECD. Every year media coverage can be observed that the quality of education in the country is not the best, also the rectors of many universities have responded to the poor readiness of young students. The author of the work has had to face a similar problem with the teacher and also with the head of education mobing. Therefore, the author of the work decided to set the following goal: "to empirically check the system of quality pedagogues of the past and its evaluation, and to develop proposals that could improve overall management of the evaluation systems " In the first two chapters, the author of the work shows his analysis and conclusions, analyzes the opinions of respondents according to the scientific literature, the normative acts of Latvian legislation and other documents and articles, and analyzes the articles. The author's study was attended by three educational institutions of the Koknese District, three heads of education institutions and seven of their deputies were interviewed, as well as sixty pedagogues interviewed The result of the research, analyzing the scientific literature, the opinions of respondents and taking into account the experience of the author himself, has just been developed a proposal that would be able to improve the management of the evaluation systems and, with time, try to implement it in their own educational institutions
