Abstract

Darba ietvaros pētāmā problēma ir AS LPB Bank izmantotās lietvedības sistēmas ieviešanas procesa nepilnīga izpilde, kā arī tendence pārāk lēni ieviest jauno tehnoloģiju risinājumus AS LPB Bank ikdienas darbībā. Darba mērķis ir, pamatojoties uz AS LPB Bank darbības un ikdienas procesu analīzi, identificēt galvenās problēmas AS LPB Bank, kas radušās no ieviestās sistēmas un izstrādāt priekšlikumus šo problēmu atrisināšanai. Darbā iegūtie rezultāti ir konkrētu priekšlikumu izstrāde, lai novērstu kā esošās, tā potenciālās problēmas ar ieviesto sistēmu nākotnē, kā arī veicinātu vispārēju AS LPB Bank attīstību IT virzienā. Darbs sastāv no ievada, 4 nodaļām, secinājumiem, priekšlikumiem un izmantotās literatūras un avotiem. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no 61 lpp un 4 attēliem. The problem to be researched within the scope of the thesis is insufficient execution of the implementation process of the record management system used in JSC LPB Bank, as well as the tendency of JSC LPB Bank to react too slowly when implementing new technology solutions into every day operations. The aim of the thesis is to identify the main problems in JSC LPB Bank arising from the implemented system based on analysis of every day operations and processes of JSC LPB Bank, and to develop suggestions for solving these problems. The results gained from the thesis is the development of specific suggestions in order to prevent existing and potential problems in the future in connection with the implemented system, as well as to promote overall development of JSC LPB in the IT direction. Thesis consists of introduction, 4 sections, conclusions, proposals and sources of used literature.
