Bakalaura darba mērķis ir novērtējot ārējās un iekšējās vides faktoru ietekmi uz SIA “X” uzņēmējdarbību, identificēt riskus un izstrādāt priekšlikumus to mazināšanai un turpmākās darbības pilnveidošanai. Bakalaura darba izstrādes gaitā, autore, analizējot SIA “X” iekšējās un ārējās vides faktorus, noteica uzņēmuma stiprās un vājās puses, kā arī iespējas un draudus. Pamatojoties uz iegūtajiem rezultātiem, autore noteica uzņēmuma riskus, veica to analīzi un izvirzīja priekšlikumus vadībai, to mazināšanai. Ltd "X" is engaged in the retail sale of non-specialized stores - the sale and display of massae equipment. The purpose of the bachelor paper is to evaluate the impact of external and internal environmental factors on Ltd “X” business, identify risks and develop proposals for their mitigation and further development of their activities. During the development of the Bachelor's paper, the author analyzed the company's strengths and weaknesses, as well as opportunities and threats, by analyzing the factors of Ltd "X" internal and external environment. Based on the obtained results, the author carried out an enterprise risk analysis and put forward proposals for management to reduce them.
