Maģistra darbs ir veltīts reklāmas valodas pētīšanai Latvijas 20. gadsimta publicistikā. Uzmanības centrā atrodas nedēļas laikraksts „Segodņa”, kas kļuvis par vienu no populārākajiem pirmās Latvijas Republikas pastāvēšanas izdevumiem. Darba mērķis ir reklāmas tekstu, kas tikuši publicēti laikraksta „Segodņa” lappusēs no 1919. līdz 1940. gadam, valodas īpatnību apraksts. Darbu veido divas daļas. Pirmajā daļā tika izveidota pētījuma jēdzienu bāze,kurā tiek apskatīti galvenie teorētiskie jautājumi, kuri saistīti ar laikrakstu reklāmas rašanās Krievijas publicistikā kultūras un vēsturisko kontekstu, reklāmas teksta un reklāmas valodas jēdzieniem, kā arī sniegta informācija par laikrakstu „Segodņa”. Otrai daļai ir praktisks raksturs. Tajā attēlots mēģinājums strukturāli aprakstīt reklāmas tekstu valodas lingvistiskās īpatnības. Darba nobeigumā ir secinājumi, nobeigums un izmantotās literatūras saraksts. Pētījums var būt interesants humanitāro fakultāšu studentiem, proti, filologiem rusistiem, kuri nodarbojas ar līdzīgu problemātiku, kā arī vēsturniekiem, kuri pēta laikrakstu arhīvus. Master’s thesis is devoted to the study of advertising language in the Latvian journalism of the ХХ century. The weekly newspaper “Segodnya” is in the very epicenter, it has become one of the most popular editions of the period of the first Republic of Latvia. The aim of the thesis is to provide the structural description of language peculiarities of advertising texts published on the pages of the newspaper “Segodnya” from 1919 to 1940. The thesis consists of two chapters. The notions essential for the research were formed in the first chapter, where the basic theoretical issues connected with culturally historical context of the birth of newspaper advertising in the Russian journalism are considered, terms of advertising text and language of advertising are described, and some information about the newspaper “Segodnya” is given. The second chapter is of empirical nature. It presents an attempt to structurally describe the linguistic peculiarities of the language of advertising texts. The thesis is finished with conclusions, inference and bibliographic sources. The research may be interesting to students of the Faculties of Humanities, namely, to philologists who are experts in the Russian language and literature dealing with similar problematic issues, as well as to historians studying the archives of newspapers.
