Zusammenfassung
Bakalaura darbs „Personas datu apstrādes problemātika apdrošināšanā” sniedz ieskatu problēmās, kādas sastopamas apdrošināšanas nozarē personas datu apstrādē laikā, kad spēkā stājas vienots datu apstrādes regulējums visā Eiropas Savienībā. Darba mērķis ir izpētīt Eiropas Padomes regulu par fizisku personu aizsardzību attiecībā uz personas datu apstādi un šādu datu brīvu apriti un ar ko atceļ Direktīvu 95/46/EK, tās piemērošanas īpatnības apdrošināšanā. Darba autors pēta, ar kādam problēmām saskaras apdrošināšanas sabiedrības un apdrošināšanas starpnieki un sniegs iespējamos risinājumus šo problēmu atrisināšanai. Bachelor’s Thesis „Personal Data Processing problems” provides insights into the problems that occur in the processing of personal data in the insurance industry at the time when New data processing Regulation enters into force accross all European Union. The purpose of this bachelor thesis is to study and analyse the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation and its specificities of its application in insurance. The author will explore what problems insurance companies and insurance intermediaries face and provide possible solutions to solve these problems.
