,,Zaļā koridora'' darbības principi onkoloģisko pacientu aprūpē

Agrīna vēža atklāšana ir viens no būtiskiem faktoriem veselības atgūšanā. No 2016.gada tika izveidots jauns princips onkoloģisko pacientu diagnostikā, lai nodrošinātu savlaicīgu un efektīvāku izmeklēšanas un ārstēšanas uzsākšanu - “Zaļais koridors”, tādēļ pētījuma mērķis bija noskaidrot “Zaļā koridora”māsas darbības principus onkoloģisko pacientu aprūpē. Lai uzzinātu ”Zaļā koridora” māsas darbības princcipus onkologisko pacientu aprūpē, tika intervētas 8 ambulatorās māsas. Katrai māsai intervijas laikā tika uzdoti 8 jautājumi. Pētijuma laikā tika noskaidrots, ka māsa, veicot savas profesionālās funkcijas,”Zaļā koridora” ietvaros, izglīto un sniedz atbalstu pacientiem kā arī veic medicīniskās manipulācijas. One of the most important factors to regain health is discovering of cancer in the earliest stage of illness. At 2016 there was made a new principle in the diagnosis of oncological patients, to ensure timely and effective initiation of investigations and start a treatment – “Green corridor”, that’s the reason of research aim- to find out the principles of nurses working in “Green corridor” practice in the care of oncologic patients. To find out the principles of nurses working in “Green corridor” practice in the care of oncologic patients, in total were interviewed 8 ambulatory nurses. For each ambulatory nurse 8 questions were asked. During the research, it was ascertained, that nurse, doing her professional functions in “Green corridor” framework, gives support and assistance and also does medical manipulations.
