Eiropas Solidaritātes korpuss: Latvijas jauniešu izaugsmes iespējas

Darba nosaukums ir “Eiropas Solidaritātes Korpuss: Latvijas jauniešu izaugsmes iespējas”. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir “noskaidrot, kāda ir jauniešu praktiskā pieredze Eiropas Solidaritātes korpusa līdzdalībā un kā jaunieši apzinās Eiropas Solidaritātes korpusa iespējas”. Darba teorētiskās analīzes izstrādē izmantota Dirkema solidaritātes teorija, kā arī jauniešu nodarbinātības un brīvprātīga darba specifika. Darbā tiek pielietota jauktā pētījuma metodoloģija. Empīriskajā izpētē izmantota tiešsaistes aptauja, nestrukturētas un daļēji strukturētas intervijas. Tika noskaidrots, ka mēreni aktīvie jaunieši NVO, jaunieši ar iepriekšēju saskarsmi ar Eiropas Brīvprātīgo darbu, kā arī jaunieši ar vidusskolas izglītību un augstāko izglītību vislabāk apzinās savas izaugsmes iespējas. The topic is European Solidarity Corps: Growth Opportunities for Latvian Youth. The aim of this study is to find out what is the practical experience of the youngsters taking part in European Solidarity corps and to find out how active youngsters are aware of their growth opportunities in European Solidarity corps. Durkheim’s solidarity theory, youth employment and volunteering specifics are used for the theoratical background. It uses mixed method research, which combines online survey, unstructured and semi-structured intrviews. Main findings include discovering that the youngsters, who are aware of their opportunities the most, are moderately active in an NGO, have had personal connection with European Voluntary Service and have completed secondary or higher education.
