Dagdas reliģiskā dzīve padomju laikā: vietējo iedzīvotāju mutvārdu vēstures interviju analīze

Abstract

Padomju režīms Latvijā mainīja līdzšinējo kārtību ne tikai politiskajā sfērā, bet arī cilvēku ikdienas dzīvē, atstājot ietekmi uz indivīdu garīgo sfēru. Mūsdienās joprojām ir aktuāls vērtējums par padomju perioda dažādiem aspektiem, tādēļ ir būtiski saprast, kā cilvēki komunicē par tālaika norisēm un kādas nozīmes piešķir reliģiskajai dzīvei, ņemot vērā, varas oficiālo nostāju pret reliģiju. Maģistra darba “Dagdas reliģiskā dzīve padomju laikā: vietējo iedzīvotāju mutvārdu vēstures interviju analīze” mērķis ir atklāt Dagdas novada iedzīvotāju mutvārdu vēstures intervijās konstatējamās nozīmju piešķiršanas reliģiskajai dzīvei padomju laikā, noskaidrot kā dažādas sociālās grupas komunicē par reliģisko dzīvi padomju laikā, vienlaikus atklājot reliģiskās dzīves prakses padomju laikā Dagdas novadā un to vērtējumus. Teorijā ir aplūkots kultūras atmiņas koncepts, simboliskā interakcionisma teorija un apzinātas reliģiskās dzīves padomju laikā raksturojošās iezīmes. Izmantojot pieejamo izlasi, veiktas vietējo iedzīvotāju mutvārdu vēstures intervijas. Iegūtie dati apstrādāti, izmantojot datos pamatoto teoriju. Pētījuma rezultāti liecina, ka reliģiskā dzīve padomju laikā Dagdas novada iedzīvotāju atmiņās tiek saistīta ar Latgales katoļticīgo tradīciju ievērošanas tradīciju un nozīmi. Dagdas novada iedzīvotāji reliģiskajai dzīvei padomju laikā piešķir dažādas un neviennozīmīgas nozīmes. To piešķiršanu nosaka intervēto cilvēku sociālais statuss padomju periodā, kā arī sociālo lomu maiņa un vērtību pārdefinēšana pēc PSRS sabrukuma un Latvijas valstiskuma atgūšanas, kur laika distances ietekmē notiek diskriminēto grupu pārdefinēšana.

When the Soviet regime entered the territory of Latvia the current regime was changed not only in the political sphere but also in everyday lives of people leaving impact on the mental sphere of individuals. Today there is still an up-to-date assessment of the different stages of the Soviet period, so it is important to understand how people communicate about the processes of that time and taking into account the official position of authority against religion – what significance people attach to religious life. The purpose of the master's thesis "Religious life of Dagda in Soviet period: analysis of oral history interviews by local people" is to reveal the meaning given to religious life during the Soviet period by examining the oral history interviews of residents of the Dagda district, to determine how different social groups communicate about religious life during the Soviet period and also to reveal religious practices and their assessments in Dagda district in the Soviet period. The theory deals with the concept of cultural memory, the theory of symbolic interactionism and the characteristics of conscious religious life in the Soviet period. Using the available sampling oral history interviews of local people were conducted. The obtained data was processed using the grounded theory. Results of the research show that the religious life in Soviet period in the memories of inhabitants of Dagda district is related to the tradition and significance of Latgale Catholic traditions. Inhabitants of Dagda district give different and ambiguous meanings for the religious life of Soviet period. This allocation is determined by the social status of the people during the Soviet period.
