Izpratnes veidošana par veselīgu dzīvesveidu jaunākajā pirmsskolas vecumā

Abstract

Kvalifikācijas darba nosaukums „Izpratnes veidošana par veselīgu dzīvesveidu jaunākajā pirmsskolas vecumā” autore Vita Strazdiņa. Kvalifikācijas darba mērķis ir pētīt jaunākā pirmsskolas vecuma bērnu izpratnes veidošanu par veselīgu dzīvesveidu pirmsskolā. Vērtīgs ir pētījumu rezultāts, kas norāda uz to, ka bērni, it sevišķi līdz pirmsskolas vecumam savu uzvedības modeli veido balstoties uz vecāku un citu pieaugušo radītiem piemēriem. Līdz ar to tas cik, veselīgs ir pieaugušo dzīvesveids un paradumi, būs arī bērnu izvēlētās veselīgā dzīvesveida aktivitātēs. Tāpat darbā tika pievērsta uzmanība bērnu maņu attīstībai. Garša ir tā maņa, kas attīstās ļoti agrīnā dzīves posmā. Tika aplūkoti pētījumi, kas saistīti ar bērnu ēdamo un neēdamo produktu izvēli. Darbā tika aplūkoti ieteikumi veselīga dzīvesveida nozīmes aktualizēšanai pirmsskolā. Ieteikumi tika balstīti uz teoriju par veselīgu uzturu, veselīgu dzīvesveidu un bērnu attīstības psiholoģiskajiem faktoriem un tendencēm. Īsumā tika uzsvērta nepieciešamība skolotāju, audzinātāju un vecāku informatīvai izglītošanai veselīga dzīvesveida principu veidošanā un pielietošanā. Veikti pētījumi par bērnu veselīgo dzīvesveidu. Darba otrajā daļā darba autore izstrādā pētījumu par bērnu veselīgu dzīvesveidu. Izstrādā priekšlikumus vecākiem par veselīgu dzīvesveida realizēšanu viņu bērniem. Darbā ir ievietoti 16 attēli, 3 tabulas, izmantoti 32 literatūras avoti, darbā ir 57 lpp, 3 pielikumi. Atslēgas vārdi: veselīgs dzīvesveids, uzturs, pirmsskolas vecuma bērni.

The title of the qualification paper "Awareness Building for a Healthy Lifestyle in the Youngest Preschoolers" by Vita Strazdina The aim of the qualification work is to study the development of a younger preschoolers' knowledge of a healthy lifestyle in preschool. The result of research is valuable, which indicates that children, especially before the pre-school age, build their behavioral model based on examples created by parents and other adults. Therefore, healthy lifestyle and habits of parents or significant adults will be healthy lifestyle choices for children. Also, attention was devoted to the development of children's senses. Taste is the sensation that develops at a very early stage of life. Examination of the choice of children's edible and non-edible products was considered. The paper discussed recommendations for raising the importance of a healthy lifestyle in the preschool. The recommendations were based on the theory of healthy eating, healthy lifestyle and psychological factors and trends in children's development. Therefore, the need was emphasized for the informative education of teachers, educators and parents in the development and application of healthy life style principles. Studies have been made on the health of children and apon these results I created a questionnaire and conducted a quantitative study on healthy lifestyles for children. This study also worked out posible suggestions for parents about the implementation of a healthy lifestyle for their children.
