Maģistra darba nosaukums:”Perifērā artikulācijas aparāta sagatavošana pareizai skaņu izrunai četrus līdz sešus gadus veciem bērniem” Darba autore: Kristīne Zaščirinska Darba zinātniskā vadītāja: Dr. paed. profesore Sarmīte Tūbele Darba saturs: 108 lapas, 13 attēli, 16 tabulas, 9 pielikumi Pētījuma mērķis: Izpētīt integratīvās pedagoģijas pieeju, tās īpatnības logopēdisko traucējumu korekcijā un uz teorētiskā un empīriskā pētījuma bāzes izveidot optimālu skaņu artikulācijas aparāta korekcijas modeli bērniem vecumā no četriem līdz sešiem gadiem. Pētījuma hipotēze: četru līdz sešu gadu vecu bērnu perifērā artikulācijas aparāta sagatavošana pareizai skaņu izrunai veidojas, ja: 1)veic preventīvas darbības artikulācijas aparāta korektas attīstības veicināšanā; 2)skaņu izrunas korekcijā tiek izmantota miofunkcionālā terapija. Pētījuma teorētiskajā daļā autore analizē un raksturo bērna attīstību kopveselumā (fiziski, kognitīvi, sociāli, emocionāli), skaņu izrunas traucējumu etioloģiju un izpausmes, kā arī koriģējošajā darbā izmantojamo orofaciālo miofunkcionālo terapiju. Balstoties uz teorētiskajā daļā gūtajām atziņām, pētījuma empīriskajā daļā autore raksturo savu pētnieciski praktisko darbību vienā zobārstniecības praksē un ilgstošas sociālās aprūpes un sociālās rehabilitācijas institūcijā. Pētījuma noslēgumā ir secinājumi par paveikto darbu un sniegti ieteikumi par miofunkcionālo traucējumu ietekmi uz skaņu izrunas traucējumu veidošanos un profilaksi pirmsskolas izglītības iestāžu skolotājiem, skolotājiem – logopēdiem, audiologopēdiem, kā arī bērnu vecākiem.

Master’s thesis author: Kristīne Zaščirinska Supervisor: PhD professor Sarmīte Tūbele Master’s thesis content: 108 pages, 13 pictures, 16 charts, 9 appendices Research goal: To study the approach of integrated pedagogy, its specific features in the correction of speech–related disorders and to create an optimal model for correction of children's sound articulation apparatus from four to six years old on the basis of theoretical and empirical research. Research hypothesis: Preparation of a peripheral articulation apparatus for children between four and six years of age for sound speech is formed if: 1) preventive work for the correct development of articulation apparatus is performed; 2) myofunctional therapy for correction of sound pronunciation is used. In the theoretical part of the research, the author analyzes and describes the development of the child in his overall health (physical, cognitive, social, emotional), the aetiology and manifestations of speech impairment, as well as orophacial myofunctional therapy used in corrective work. Based on the lessons learned in the theoretical part, during the empirical part of the research, the author describes her research at work in a dental practice and also in a long–term social care and social rehabilitation institution. At the end of the study conclusions have been made about the work done and recommendations for teachers of pre–school educational institutions, speech therapists, audio speech therapists and parents of children, about the influence of myofunctional disorders on the formation and prevention of speech impairment.
