“Psihosociālie darba vides riski sociālajiem darbiniekiem un veselības veicināšanas pasākumi”. Darba autore: Inese Upelniece. Darba zinātniskā vadītāja: asociētā profesore, Dr.med. Ženija Roja. Darbs izklāstīts uz 62 lapām, ietver 18 attēlus, 8 tabulas, 4 pielikumus un 47 literatūras avotus. Darbs sastāv no 4 daļām. Pirmajā daļā analizēta literatūra par psihosociāliem darba vides faktoriem, to cēloņiem sociālajiem darbiniekiem. Otrajā daļā aprakstītas pētījumā lietotās metodes. Trešajā daļā - rezultāti un to iztirzājums, bet ceturtajā daļā - izstrādāti veselības veicināšanas pasākumi. Iegūtie rezultāti ļauj secināt, ka psihosociālie darba vides faktori rada risku sociālo darbinieki veselībai kā arī drošībai, to cēloņi ir: darba laika deficīts, nespēja ietekmēt darba porcesu, kā arī augsta atbildība un spriedze darbā. Risku novērtēšanā izmantota Somijas 5 baļļu matrica, psiholoģiskā klimata novērtēšanas metode un aptaujas anketa. The work consists of 4 parts. In the first part of the literature analysis it has been found out that the psychosocial factors of work environment influence the health of social workers. The second part describes the methods used in the study. In the third part, results and discussion, but in the fourth part - health promotion activities. The obtained results allow to conclude that psychosocial factors of the work environment present a risk to the health and safety of employees, social workers have a working time deficit, inability to influence the work load, as well as high responsibility and tension in work. The risk assessment was based on the Finnish 5-point method and psychological climate evaluation method and questionnaire.
