Abstract

Ārstniecības augu Urtica dioica L. , Chamomilla recutita un Plantago major ekstraktu sastāva izpēte ar hromatogrāfijas metodēm. Pone A., zinātnisks vadītājs Asoc. Izvērtētas augu analīzes iespējas ar gāzu hromatogrāfijas metodēm. Veikta šo augu sastāva savstarpēja salīdzināšana, atkarībā no auga izcelsmes valsts. Maģistra darbā izmantota gāzu hromatogrāfija ar masspektrometrisko detektoru augu ekstraktu komponentu identifikācijai, kā arī iekšējā standarta metode, ekstraktu kvantitatīvā sastāva noteikšanai.

The master's thesis contains information on medicinal plants of Urtica dioica L., Chamomilla recutita and Plantago major, their effects on the human body and use for therapeutic purposes. The possibilities of plant analysis with gas chromatographic methods were evaluated. A comparison of the composition of these herbs has been performed, depending on the country of origin of the plant. In the master thesis there was used gas chromatography with mass spectrometric detection of plant extract components and an internal standard method for determining the quantitative composition of extracts.
