Mobilā lietojumprogrammatūra veselības aprūpes iestādēm

Abstract

Kvalifikācijas darbā ir izstrādāta Android lietotne pacientu aprūpes pārvaldībai medicīnas iestādēs. Tā paredzēta 3 lietotāju grupām. Pirmā lietotāju grupa ir sistēmas administatori, kuriem būs iespēja pievienot un pārvaldīt visus sistēmas lietotājus. Ārstiem būs iespēja ērti un pārskatāmi sekot līdzi savu pacientu kustībām un veselības stāvoklim atveseļošanās laikā. Trešā lietotāju grupa ir pacienti. Lietotnes daļa, kas paredzēta pacienta ierīcei komunicē ar kustību sensoru, kas piestiprināts pie pacienta, iegūstot datus par tā kustībām. Lietotne nodrošina iespēju sekot līdzi pozīcijas maiņām, sūtot ārstam datus par veiktajām kustībām. Izstrādātās sistēmas mērķis ir atvieglot pacientu uzturēšanas un apkopes procesu, sniedzot iespēju ātri un ērti saprast savu pacientu situāciju, balstoties uz lietotnē gūtajiem datiem. Pateicoties izstrādātajai Android lietotnei ārsts spētu uzlabot ārstēšanas procesu, samazinot izgulējumu iegūšanas risku. Šī sistēma potenciāli spētu uzlabot pacientu apkopes procesu.

The qulification work consists of an Android application for patient movement medical care. It can be used by three user groups: administrators, dotors and patients. Administrators will be able to manage all the users of the system – add, view and delete them. The doctors have the ability to conviniently view and keep up with their patient movements and examination times. And the patient part of the application is made to monitor their recovery process. It comunicates with an device which is attached to the patient. The device transmits movement data to the application. The main purpose of the developed system is to improve the process of patient maintenence providing the opportunity to quicly and efficiently understand the patients situation based on the data received from the application. The doctors would be able to improve the treatment process and reduce the risk of getting bedsores.
