The aim of this thesis is to make proposals for State Joint Stock Company “State Real Estate” to do financial analysis. Thesis consists of three chapters. The first chapter is theoretical aspects of the financial analysis, the second chapter is State Joint Stock Company “State Real Estate” characterization, the third and last chapter is State Joint Stock Company “State Real Estate” financial analysis, also at the end of work attached conclusions and motions. The work consists of 63 pages. Thesis is bases on literature, Internet resources, the Central Statistical Beraus’s data and State Joint Stock Company “State Real Estate” financial statements.
