Bakalura darba tēma ir konkurētspējas analīze uzņēmumā SIA "Circle K Latvia". Bakalaura darba mērķis ir izpētīt un analizēt uzņēmuma SIA "Circle K Latvia" saimniecisko darbību, noteikt un analizēt uzņēmuma konkurentus un noteikt, kā uzņēmums varētu kļūt k The theme of the bachelor is the competitiveness analysis at Circle K Latvia Ltd. The aim of the bachelor paper is to investigate and analyze the business activities of Circle K Latvia Ltd., to identify and analyze the company's competitors and determine how a company can become more competitive. Within the framework of the work, the theoretical aspects of competition, competitiveness, competitive advantage were studied, which were used to determine the competitiveness of Circle K Latvia Ltd. and compare it with competing companies - Neste Latvija Ltd., Virši-A PLC., VIADA Baltija PLC. In the first chapter of the work, the author has described theoretical information on competition, competitiveness and competitive advantage. In the second part of the work the author describes the principles of SIA Circle K Latvia, describing the company's internal and external environment. In the third chapter of the work, the author compiles and analyzes consumer survey data. At the end of the work, conclusions and suggestions are made to increase the competitiveness of the company. The scope of the work is 57 pages, 11 tables, 19 pictures, 3 attachments. 36 sources of information were used in the work. Keywords: Competition, Competitiveness, Competitive Advantage.
