Maģistra darba “Korupcijas cēloņi un tās novēršanas pasākumi mazos un vidējos uzņēmumos” mērķis ir analizēt korupcijas cēloņus mazos un vidējos uzņēmumos, vienlaikus izvērtēt korupcijas novēršanas pasākumus un sniegt priekšlikumus pretkorupcijas pasākumu efektu palielināšanai. Darba hipotēze: Latvijā vairumā MVU joprojām pastāv augsts korupcijas procents, jo korupcijas cēloņi ir ne tik daudz konkurenti, cik nepietiekams valsts atbalsts nozarei un valsts iekšējās ekonomiskās vides nesakārtotība. Hipotēze tika apstiprināta aptaujā, kurā piedalījās 158 MVU. Savukārt ekspertu intervija, kurā piedalījās 10 nozares pārstāvji, par korupcijas cēloņiem netika uzsvērta nodokļu politika vai valsts atbalsta trūkums, bet drīzāk “padomju mantojums” un sabojāta izpratne par korupciju. The aim of the Master's Paper "Causes of corruption and its prevention measures in small and medium-sized enterprises" is to analyze the causes of corruption in small and medium-sized enterprises, simultaneously to evaluate corruption prevention measures and to make proposals to increase the effects of anti-corruption measures. Work Hypothesis: In most SMEs in Latvia, there is still a high percentage of corruption, and the reason of corruption are not so many competitors, but insufficient state support to the industry and disorganization of the country's internal economic environment. The hypothesis was confirmed by a survey of 158 SMEs. For its part, an expert interview with 10 industry representatives did not emphasize the causes of corruption as a tax policy or a lack of state support, but rather a "Soviet legacy" and a corrupted understanding of corruption.
