Vides faktoru ietekme uz asaru osmolaritāti

Abstract

Maģistra darbs ir uzrakstīts latviešu valodā, datorsalikumā uz 55 lapām. Tas satur 3 tabulas, 40 attēlus un 40 atsauces uz literatūras avotiem. Darba mērķis bija novērtēt vides faktoru ietekmi uz asaru osmolaritāti un acs priekšējo struktūru izmeklējumu rezultātiem, kā arī noskaidrot šo parametru savstarpējo mijiedarbību. Pētījums norisinājās 3 daļās, 1. daļā “Aptaujas daļā” piedalījās 125 dalībnieki, 2. daļā “Izmeklējumu daļā” piedalījās 54 dalībnieki un 3. daļa “Atkārtoto mērījumu daļā” piedalījās 21 dalībnieks. Rezultāti parādīja, ka gaisa relatīvais mitrums atstāj ietekmi uz asaru osmolaritāti. Asaru osmolaritāte korelē ar Širmera testa rezultātiem, radzenes krāsošanos un TBUT laiku. Tika atrasta saistība starp asaru osmolaritāti un plaksta raupjumu, radzenes krāsošanos un Širmera testu.

This Master’s Thesis has been written in Latvian, in a computerized form on ... pages. It contains 3 tables, 40 pictures and 40 references to literature sources. The aim of the work was to evaluate the effects of environmental factors on tear osmolarity and the results of examinations of the frontal structure of the eye, as well as to find out the interactions between these parameters. The study was conducted in 3 parts: within the Part 1 -"Questionnaire Part" - 125 participants were surveyed; within the Part 2 - "Examination Part" – 54 participants took part, and within the Part 3 - "Repeated Measurements Part" – 21 participants were involved. The results gave evidence that relative humidity of the air affects the osmolarity of tears. The osmolarity of the tears correlates with the results of the Schirmer test, the coloration of the cornea and the TBUT time. A link was found between tear osmolarity and the roughness of the eyelid, corneal coloration and the Shirmer test.
