Padomju svētku galds: viesmīlības prakse.

Abstract

Šajā darbā tiek aplūkotas svētku gastronomiskās īpašības un viesmīlības sertifikāta specifika Padomju Savienībā. Pētījuma mērķī autors noteica padomju svētku galda īpašo pazīmju noteikšanu. Darba empīriskajā daļā apkopota Padomju Savienības iedzīvotāju pieredze, kura ir saistīta ar sagatavošanos svētku dienām un viesu uzņemšanu.. Autors salīdzina tradicionālās viesmīlības metodes ar padomju metodēm. Darbs ir sadalīts divās daļās. Pirmā daļa ir teorētiskā, tajā tiek atspoguļoti galvenie teorētiskie jautājumi, kuri ir nepieciešami pētījuma veikšanai. Otrajā daļā, empīriskajā, balstoties uz respondentu atbildēm, tika atklāti padomju laika viesmīlības tradīciju īpatnības. Pētījums ieinteresēs filologus, kuri nodarbojas ar līdzīgiem jautājumiem šajā sfērā, kā arī būs aktuāls visiem lasītājiem, kuri interesējas par šo tēmu.

Gastronomic features of feasts and the specificity of hospitality act in the Soviet Union are considered in this bachelor paper. As the purpose of the study, the author has determined the identification of special features of the Soviet festive table. The experience of the Soviet Union’s inhabitants, connected with the preparation for the feast and the hospitality of the guest, is summarized in the empirical part of the paper. The author compares traditional hospitality practices with Soviet ones. The work is divided into two parts. The first one is theoretical, where the main theoretical questions which are necessary for conducting the research are given. The second part is empirical, that is based on the respondents' answers to the given questionnaire, where the peculiarities of hospitality traditions of the Soviet period are revealed. The study may be of interest to philologists dealing with similar issues, as well as, all readers who are interested in this topic.
