Abstract

Bakalaura darbs “No personības kulta līdz mītam – Urho Kekonena tēls Somijas sabiedrībā 20. un 21. gadsimtā” apskata Urho Kekonena kā līdera lomu Somijas sabiedrībā 20. un 21. gadsimtā. Darba mērķis ir veikt no vēsturiskajiem materiāliem un dokumentālā seriāla iegūtās informācijas analīzi un pētīt kā tā atbilst dažādu domātāju izvirzītajām teorijām par līdera lomu sabiedrībā. Lai sasniegtu mērķi, tiks apkopotas šīs teorijas, veikta vēsturiskajos materiālos iegūstamās informācijas analīze kā arī Jari Tervo dokumentālajā seriālā Kekkonen dotās informācijas analīze un rezultātā iegūtu secinājumi, kuriem būtu jāatbild uz jautājumiem vai 20. gadsimta Somijā bija izveidojusies Maksa Vēbera izvirzītās harizmātiskās autoritātes situācija un vai attieksmē pret Urho Kekonenu kā līderi 20. un 21. gadsimtā ir redzama atšķirība.

Bachelor thesis “From a Personality Cult to a Myth – the Image of Urho Kekkonen in Finnish Society in the 20th and 21st Century” investigates the role of Urho Kekkonens as a leader in Finnish society in the 20th and 21st century. The aim of the thesis is to collect the data from historical materials and documental series and analyse how they correspond to theories different thinkers have discussed about the role of the leaders within the society. To achieve this aim, these theories will be applied, the data collected from the historical materials and Jari Tervo documental series Kekkonen will be analysed. In addition, the research provides conclusions, that tries to answer the questions did Max Webers theory of a charismatic authority become true in the 20th century Finland and are there differences in attitude towards Urho Kekkonen as a leader in the 20th and 21st century.
