Civillikuma normas par noilguma termiņa pārtraukumu un to interpretācija ir raisījušas diskusijas par to atbilstību mūsdienu tiesiskajai un tehniskajai realitātei, tāpēc bakalaura darba mērķis un galvenais uzdevums ir izpētīt un analizēt noilguma pārtraukšanas juridiskos aspektus un ar tiem saistīto problemātiku. Pētījuma rezultātā autore izvirzījusi iespējamos grozījumus Civillikumā, lai modernizētu tā regulējumu atbilstoši civiltiesiskās apgrozības attīstībai un tiesu praksē aktuālajām atziņām. The Civil law regulation of the interruption of the prescriptive period and its interpretation have raised discussions about whether the Civil law matches with today’s modern and technical reality. Therefore the aim and the main task of the Bachelor's thesis is to explore and analyze the legal aspects of interruption of the prescriptive period and issues related with them. As a result of the research, the author proposed possible amendments to the Civil Law in order to amend its regulation in accordance with the development of civil circulation and case law.
