Magnētiskās rezonanses protokolu pielietojums pacientiem ar aizdomām par sakroileītu

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēmas „Magnētiskās rezonanses protokolu pielietojums pacientiem ar aizdomām par sakroileītu” mērķis ir noskaidrot magnētiskās rezonanses protokolu pielietojumu pacientiem ar aizdomām par sakroileītu, kā arī noskaidrot ārstu radiologu-diagnostu viedokli par protokolu daudzveidību un magnētiskās rezonanses kontrastvielas ievadīšanas nepieciešamību diagnosticējošās medicīnas iestādēs Latvijā. Bakalaura darba teorētiskajā daļā aprakstīta sakroileālo locītavu normālā anatomija un magnētiskās rezonanses anatomija, kā arī aprakstīta sakroileīta slimības klīniskā aina, izpausmes un diagnostika. Analizēta literatūra par magnētiskās rezonanses izmeklējuma principiem un specifiku sakroileālo locītavu izmeklēšanā, kā arī analizēta literatūra par pacienta sagatavošanu izmeklējumam, izmeklējuma gaitu un pielietojamo protokolu. Bakalaura darba pētniecības daļa veikta izmantojot kvalitatīvo pētījuma metodi, kurā tika izveidota strukturēta intervija ārstiem radiologiem-diagnostiem, kas specializējas muskulo-skeletālajā radioloģijā un pēc tām novērtēti un salīdzināti iegūtie rezultāti ar teorētisko materiālu. Radiologiem diagnostiem ir vienots viedoklis par magnētiskās rezonanses protokola un kontrastvielas pielietojumu pacientiem ar aizdomām par sakroileītu. Darba kopējais apjoms ir 54 lappuses, kas sastāv no divām daļām – teorētiskās un pētnieciskās. Darbs sastāv no 3 nodaļām un 8 apakšnodaļām. Darba veikšanai izmantoti 42 literatūras un informācijas avoti un izdarīti 7 secinājumi.

Bachelor thesis: “The use of magnetic resonance protocol for patients with suspicion of sacroiliitis.” The aim is to find out the use of magnetic resonance protocols in patients suspected of sacroiliitis, as well as to find out the doctor's radiologist's opinion about the diversity of protocols and the need for the introduction of magnetic resonance contrast agent in diagnostic medical institutions in Latvia. The theoretical part of the bachelor thesis describes the normal anatomy of the sacral joints and the magnetic resonance anatomy, as well as describes the clinical picture, manifestations and diagnosis of sacroiliitis disease. The literature on the principles and specificity of magnetic resonance imaging in the investigation of sacroiliac joints is analyzed, as well as literature on preparation of the patient for the examination, the course of the examination and the protocol to be used are analyzed. The research part of the Bachelor study was conducted using a qualitative research method, which created a structured interview for doctor’s radiologists-diagnosticians specializing in musculo-skeletal radiology and after which the obtained results were evaluated and compared with theoretical material. Radiologists-diagnosticians have a common view on the use of magnetic resonance protocol and the use of contrast media in patients suspected of sacroiliitis. The total volume of work is 54 pages, consisting of two parts - theoretical and research. The work consists of 3 chapters and 8 sub-chapters. 42 sources of literature and information were used for the work and 7 conclusions were made.
