Latvijā un pasaulē joprojām mirst no ārstējamas slimības – tuberkuloze ir devītais nāves cēlonis pasaulē. Nozīmīga sabiedrības veselības problēma ir M. tuberculosis multirezistence pret antibakteriālajiem līdzekļiem. Rezistence pret antibakteriālajiem līdzekļiem galvenokārt saistīta ar to, ka daļa tuberkulozes slimnieku netiek savlaicīgi atklāti, tādējādi turpinot slimības aktīvu transmisiju sabiedrībā; antibakteriālo līdzekļu nepareizu pielietošanu – priekšlaicīgi pārtrauc terapiju vai lieto zāles neregulāri, kā rezultātā rodas multirezistentās tuberkulozes formas. Darba mērķis: Noteikt no klīniskā materiāla izdalīto M. tuberculosis celmu sastopamības biežumu un to rezistenci pret antibakteriālajiem līdzekļiem. Darba uzdevumi: Laboratorijā no klīniskā materiāla identificēt M. tuberculosis un veikt tuberkulozes mikobaktēriju jutības testus pret antibakteriālajiem līdzekļiem, pielietojot molekulārbioloģiskos GeneXpert MTB/RIF un GenoType MTBDRplus metodes, analizēt statistiskos datus, izmantojot Microsoft Excel programmu. Rezultāti: Multirezistentie M. tuberculosis celmi identificēti 73,33 % (n-22) no pozitīviem paraugiem (48,89 % no visām analīzēm); rezistentie tikai pret izoniazīdu – 26,67 % (n-8) no pozitīviem paraugiem (17,78 % no visām analīzēm); tikai pret rifampicīnu rezistenti paraugi netika identificēti. In Latvia and in the world still dying from a curable disease – tuberculosis in the ninth cause of death in the world. The M. tuberculosis multiresistance to antibacterial agents is the important society health problem. Resistance to antimicrobial agents is mainly associated with the fact that part of the tuberculosis patients are not detected in a timely, thus continuing the transmission of the disease to the society; incorrect using of antimicrobial agents – prematurely discontinue therapy or use medication occasionally, resulting in multiresistant forms of tuberculosis. Aim: To determine the incidence and sensitivity to antimicrobial agents of M. tuberculosis strains isolated from clinical material. Methods: In laboratory identify M. tuberculosis and perform suscepibility tests to antibacterial agents, applying of molecularbiologic methods as GeneXpert MTB/RIF and GenoType MTBDRplus, analyze statistical data in Microsoft Excel program. Results: Multiresistant M. tuberculosis strains identified 73.33% (n-22) from positive samples (48.89% of all analyzes); resistant to isoniazid – 26.67% (n-8) of positive samples (17.78% of all analyzes); samples resistant to rifampicin alone were not identified.
