Pacientu drošības kultūras izpratne māsu praksē

Abstract

Dotā maģistra darba tēma ir pacientu drošības kultūras izpratne māsu praksē. Tēma ir aktuāla, jo pēc Pasaules Veselības organizācijas iegūtajiem datiem, Eiropas Savienības valstīs, 8% līdz 12% hospitalizācijas gadījumus ir pieļautas medicīniskas kļūdas vai ar tām saistītas blakusparādības. (4) Veicot pētījuma rezultātu analīzi tika noskaidrots, ka tikai trešā daļa no respondentiem ir dzirdējuši par pacientu drošības kultūru. Pētījuma mērķis ir noskaidrot pacientu drošības kultūras izpratni ķirurģijas, internās un anestēzijas, intensīvās terapijas un neatliekamās aprūpes māsu praksē. Izvirzītā hipotēze apstiprinājās.

The theme of the master thesis is the understanding of the patient safety culture in nursing. The topic is topical because, according to data from the World Health Organization, in the European Union countries, medical errors or related adverse events are tolerable in 8% to 12% of hospitalizations. (4) Analyzing the results of the research, it was found that only one third of respondents have heard about the safety culture of patients. The aim of the study is to find out the patient's safety culture's understanding of surgery, internship and practice of anesthesia, intensive care and emergency care nursing. The proposed hypothesis is confirmed.
