Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma - aprūpes organizēšana stacionārā pusaudžiem ar atkarībām. Tēmas aktualitāti nosaka pusaudžu agrīnā atkarības izveidošanās un skaita pieaugums aizvien jaunākās vecuma grupās. Māsu pieredze atkarīgo pusaudžu aprūpē ir svarīgs faktors pusaudžu veselības stāvokļa uzlabošanai. Darba mērķis ir noskaidrot aprūpes organizēšanu stacionārā pusaudžiem ar atkarībām. Pētniecības uzdevumi ir: analizēt literatūru par aprūpi stacionārā un atkarību ietekmi uz pusaudžu veselību, analizēt Dorotejas Džonsones (Johnson) uzvedības sistēmas teoriju, saistībā ar bakalaura darba tēmu. Pētījuma intervijas jautājumu izveidošana, respondentu atlase, veikt pētījumu, analizēt rezultātus un izdarīt secinājumus. Pētniecības jautājums: Kāda ir aprūpes organizēšana stacionārā pusaudžiem ar atkarībām? Pētniecības veids: neeksperimentālais kvalitatīvais aprakstošais pētījuma veids, izmantojot kontentanalīzi. Pētījuma instruments: strukturētas intervijas jautājumi. Pētījumā rezultātā parādās respondentu ieteikumi, ka ir nepieciešama pilna aprūpes komanda, kas spēj veikt pusaudžu nodarbinātību un spēj izskaidrot atkarību draudīgās sekas.

The theme of the Bachelor's paper is The Organization of Care for Inpatient Adolescents with Addictions. The topicality of the theme is determined by the fact that the addiction occurs in the early adolescent age groups as well as by the fact that the number of affected teenagers continues to increase. One of the most important factors in improving the health of the affected adolescents is nurses. The aim of the work is to find out the organization of care for inpatient adolescents with addictions. The research tasks are to analyse the literature on the treatment of inpatient care and the effects of addiction on the health of adolescents, to analyse the theory of the behaviour by Dorothea Johnson. In relation to the theme of the Bachelor's paper, the author developed the research interview questions, selected respondents, conducted the research, analysed the results and drew conclusions. Research question: What is the organization of care for inpatient adolescents with addictions? Method of research: Non-experimental qualitative descriptive study type using a content analysis. Research tool: structured interview questions. The respondents that took part in the research expressed some suggestions saying that there is a need for a full-time care team capable of engaging the adolescents into work and able to explain the pernicious effects of addiction.
